Employees are typically friendly but I do not feel comfortable with all the homeless people being allowed hanging around the store. Will start filling up car elsewhere.

I came in here to get gas one of the employees was helping someone outside. The other employee looked at me and went into the back do I waited and waited for the other guy to come back in. He told me he was sorry but the other girl was busy trying to find money that was lost. I told him the customer is the most important especially when I'm trying to give them money. They need to retrain their people.

If you want to give your business where it is not valued, where at best you are an inconvenience this is the right place. And to top it all the rude cashier would gladly lecture you about locking or not locking their restroom after use. restroom which by the was is filfy , men and women use the same bathroom,dry pee all over the seat. I've been a loyal customer since I moved into the neighborhood 2 years ago,I will not be coming back

I was amazed at the filthy ,loud gross music upon entering. The owner or the manager should do something about this. This establishment is not up to Shell standards. Completely ghetto.

Came in to buy a soda, snack and go use the restroom. The men's room was locked, assumed it was in use. We had been driving for two hours so my wife stood by so I could use the women's room. The cashier yelled at us and we were told that she would have to unlock the men's room because the women's restroom is reserved for employees. She was very hateful and no signs were posted to state this. She unlocked the men's room and made my wife use the men's after I had already used the "women's/employee's restroom." We left without a purchase due to the frustration. Will not return to this store. Men's room was dirty. The "employee's" restroom i used wasn't even clean!!!

This location doesn't even deserve one star They're only getting it because I have to post this This location has lazy people Who obviously do not care about making money. Too lazy to get someone out to fix A debit reader If I ran any kind of business I would make sure that it can take in a profit no matter what Who would be stupid enough to cut money off when someone is ready to give it to a business oh that's this location

Just a heads up for anyone reading this: The black nozzle at pump 4 WILL GET STUCK and it cost me $40+ due to this when i only wanted $20 worth of gas
