“Jeff did amazing job for me today. I had a rough day trying to find a good place to store my belongings. When meeting Jeff he lifted my spirit and had amazing energy which gave me confidence in using this storage. He was very informative and made sure I was taking care of today. He also went over everything I needed to know as far as fees the unit sizes and best ones to use for the seasons and since the winter is coming up he advised the inside for me. “Have used Extra Space Storage on Classen for 2 years. From the beginning the whole process was quick and easy. Anthony was great and so helpful with the whole process. It is clean, security is great. Recently, had to get in to a unit due to me losing key and Nicole was great….she worked on it until it was open. Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!”

“We just moved into one of the storage units and we’re just blown away. The security of the gate and being able to unlock the gate from my phone is SO great. The storage unit itself was immaculate. The walls are so reinforced, the concrete in front of the unit leading inside is sloped for easy access with things with wheels, and the garage type door made it so much easier to put our bigger items inside with ease. This experience was actually better than I expected. The place is clean and there is plenty of room between the buildings to actually get a big truck thru without feeling like you're gonna hit every corner of the building just trying to make the turns.
Jax is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She will treat you right every time and make sure you get the right unit and make sure you are taken care of.”

“Today I think I walked in on the tail end of what could have been a horrible terrible situation. I walked in the office to ask a few more questions (I have been debating on renting a storage or using a family members garage). I'm not sure what had transpired prior to me walking in but that woman Gale managed to keep her composure while I witnessed 2 grown women threatening and screaming at her. She didn't stoop to their level and she kept good composure. I could not have done that personally. Once the women left she was immediately ready and eager to assist me. That is a very good quality in an employee that you don't see much in the world today.. The facility was clean and she was polite and helpful. I will be renting at clearhome because it takes a special kind of person to be that patient and understanding and still handle business after being badgered and cursed out but the highlight of the situation was that she made sure that those people left the vicinity before walking me out to my car as I'm sure it was obvious that I was a tad nervous. Safekeeping of the establishment. I'm sure things stay safe there as long as she is around. Very attentive and kind. You have a keeper. My friend rented there and now I will be joining because the staff cannot be beat. The price is a good point as well. Thank you Gale for all of your information for my new storage and the truck rental. I look forward to storing with you.”

The facility itself is like new. In a safe location. It's well secured and cameras are everywhere. They have climate controlled units as well. I'm planning on renting here long-term. If anything changes, I'll update but I had a very good experience today.”
