I have been using them for 4 years i have 2 units now. I rented the original unit myself and had it for about a year. My friend needed help so instead of getting a smaller cheaper unit I kept the large one. It was around 115 a month with insurance. She moved her stuff in and needed more storage so she got another unit. The manager put that unit in my name not hers I was not there nor was I called to verify anything. My friend thought it was in her name. Because it was my friend I never really did anything about it. They have raised the rent buy 40 a month on 1 unit and 25 on the other. I have been late alot over the years and I've always payed it and the late fees without question. I got a call saying my stuff would be autioned off if I didn't make the payment. I called got the total and was told an amount I had to pay in full. I understand I'm 2 months late but when I went online to pay the amount I was told to pay it's. 150 over what I was told last week I would need on just 1 unit. I filed an insurance claim because I had alot of water damage to one of the units that was 2 months ago and I've not gotten any calls or returned calls. I would highly recommend not using them

I booked and paid for a unit online but when I went to use it, it had a padlock on it. So I waited until they opened at 10 am (according to their website) and went back only to find out they had temporarily hours and didn’t open until 2 pm which put me in a huge bind considering I was moving that morning. So I went back at 2:00 only to find out AGAIN that no one was working in the office. I finally got ahold of someone who told me he had to go out to get a money order and would be back to open the unit for me.

I moved out a week before my rental was due and they did not do their paperwork until days later. And now they show a balance I owe. These people are fraudulent and unreliable. And furthermore their gate was broken for a week and I didnt have access to my storage. No compensation for my loss

Ive had a storage at this location for years and since Terra took the store over it is like night and day difference. The property is 1000 times cleaner and stays clean. I never have any problems and Terra takes care of everything.

The person that works that property works really hard and is the only one that works there. She is very kind and hard working. The place can use some work on Security because it is always getting broke into. The fence along the property really needs to get updated and fixed. Some of the building is falling down. Corporate really does not care for the facility all they care about is their money. If you get broke into you better have taken pictures of your property or you will not get any money back.
