Each time I called for an urgent appointment they got me in the same day. They have treated 3 of my pet companions when I couldn’t get them in to their vet. Each time they demonstrated kindness and compassion, which should be expected when you have a sick baby. They are gentle to the animal, don’t push for unnecessary charges, and take time to explain diagnoses, treatments, and answer questions. They will be my Cooper’s primary vet now.

Only gave one star since there was no option for zero. Disappointed that they’re so money hungry. You can 100% get good vet care that doesn’t cost over $1,000 I’d hate to know what an emergency would cost. BREEDERS BEWARE this vet is not supportive of Breeders. Sad because I treat my babies with the best of care. They’re raised and loved in my home. They sleep by my bed the first 4-5 weeks of their lives. I’ve sat for 9 hours on the floor while 40 weeks pregnant to assist a whelping mother.
I will also add in my specifications that if Shrag Veterinary clinic is the vet for any of my OKC clients that I will not offer any form of compensation for medical services rendered without another vet giving a second opinion.
@Dr. Jan Ashmore I received your outrageously high invoice, your itemized bill, and the trash your colleague said about me (which most was twisted and others just lies) for advocating for my puppy and client. I don’t apologize for speaking harshly at all to your colleague now that I have seen what he said about me and the lies that were stated. No one needs a vet that pushes unnecessary procedures. My client couldn’t even get a price upfront, then was bombarded with this HUGE bill. I advised my client to seek another Clinic and gave recommendations as to which based on feedback from my other clients.

Not happy, not happy at all.......Ive spent a small fortune on my girl, I dont mind.
What I do mind is finding out they are not as good as I had thought and cost my girl her eyesight. She should have started on the amount of insulin.......they waisted 3 months to work up to.
I wonder if its because every office visit cost you another 400 bucks

Everyone is very nice from scheduling, check in, vet techs to Dr's. All of our animals trust everyone and that is so important to us.

I found a kitten on the way home from work. The vet was leaving when I arrived. She came back in and check out the little guy. We have definitely found a new vet.

We were referred here when our vet couldn’t treat the level of injury we had. The clinic is great and we’ve had wonderful experiences with all the staff.

We live over an hour away from this clinic, our regular vet was closed, and all the animal urgent cares were at capacity. Schrag Clinic was so kind to work us in and get treatment for a nasty wound on the fly to our cat. Thank you for being so kind and helping us with a solution going into the weekend! Literal life savers!

Everyone was so kind and helpful, the vet went out of her way to help us get our dog to Japan. We couldn't have done it without them! I had a million questions and needed help with a bunch of things, they were so patient with me.
From checkups and vaccines to international flights with your animals, this is definitely the place to go to!
