Food tastes fine. Customer service at the window is horrible. It’s a bigger tall lady. She is rude and should not be working in customer service. She forgot our chips. We had to pull forward and go in. She forgot our cookie and we didn’t notice until we got home. She’s just plain rude and we won’t ever be returning. Not to mention the price. Always so expensive for what? A sandwich?

Clean, fast service and one of my favorite fast food places

Everything was delicious and great. However the prices are getting astronomical. But what do you expect from anything associated with Austin Texas. Boomer Sooner baby. Seriously though prices are getting super higher. Two adults with meals was 36 dollars. I nearly fell over. Still was delicious and ate in to great service.Parking: Plenty.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicaps

We had the medium deluxe. It was packed with meat and vegetables. We could only eat half of the sandwiches . We brought these extra half and had lunch the following day. This is one the best location for Schlotzsky's.

I usually go here just for the center of the roll Cinnabon although I love their sandwiches as well. They have the kindest employees. Melissa is usually running the window when I go and just the sweetest person ever. I know most establishments are working short and the frustration sometimes shows, this is one place that the economy hasn’t affected their awesome customer service

I want to thank Tanya J. For her superb service to our group that often come in on Sunday evenings. She works hard to make sure our food comes out quickly and is just as we ordered.

If you are a sandwhich person you will be blown away by Schlotzky's! They also have other things like soup, pizza, chips, calzones, and salads, and they are all very good! If you are as hungry as you've ever been and looking for a challenge, try a large deluxe original with a bowl of soup and a bag of chips. You will be filled-up I guaranty it, and you will enjoy every bite!Vegetarian options: Practically everything can be ordered without meat and still be good. I would recommend Schlotzky's to vegetarians but I'm not one.Parking: It's not mentioned but there are handicap spaces available making parking easy for everyone.Kid-friendliness: Sure, there is a kids menu with kid-sized options available.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room is set up so wheelchairs can be maneuvered easily to virtually any seat. There are plenty of tables that handicaped people will prefer.

I got a veggie sandwich, and I was appalled that it had hardly ANY veggies on it. There were 2 small tomatoes, no cucumbers, I asked for extra olives and there were very few. I called to talk to the manager to ask her why there was hardly anything on my $7.29 sandwich. She argued with me not validating any of my complaints or concerns, clearly not knowing anything about ho to he a manager and deal with customer dissatisfaction. I will NEVER eat there again. This might not be a big deal to everyone but as a person who doesn't eat meat, and the people I'm with orders food from some place I'm stuck with what I'm stuck with. I was for sure hoping for an actual veggie sandwich, not expensive bread.

Messed up order, even after asking them to verify because I thought there's no way it's $35 for two combos. They charge $5 for a bag of chips and drink add on now. And pickles are always smushed. Love the veggie sandwich but definitely not worth

The quality of sandwich took a step back at Schlotsky's...It has been a year or so since I have eaten at one.The service at this particular restaurant was good. It was clean (mostly empty), and well-stocked.However...They only put a few leaves of shredded lettuce, MAYBE two olive slices, and a minuscule squirt of mustard on a sandwich with a clump of moist / tepid meat. Even the bread was thinner than I remember it from even last year.It just didn't taste the same.It is like Covid signalled the official death of the fast food industry.Schlotsky's also had one of those credit card readers with the "please pay my employees for me" tip request. It is a shame that fast-food restaurants have stooped to throwing the tip request onto credit transactions. If you pay a tip at the time you order, and the cook / prep person screws up your order, you are stuck with a horrible meal, while they get your extra money. And if you decide NOT to tip, you risk some edgy teen ruining your meal out of spite.HORRIBLE trend...Will likely not go back to any Schlotsky's.

This place is nasty they use the same sanitizer bowl to clean the bathroom as they do the counters where they make the food.

I love their sandwiches! Bread is awesome and everything is fresh! It's awesome that they have the best cinnamon rolls in town!

Walked into the store and was actually surprised at how nice it was outside compared to the inside.Outside looks like a Chewbacca's hut with some signage and the inside looks like a busted pipe went off and the entire ceiling was flooded.Firstly, you take my order, grab a bag of chips and hand me a drink cup then ask me for a tip. I mean seriously.. and the only way for me to not TIP is to click through the keypad and unselect. What actual work was done for a tip anyway? The food is premade. Meat precut. Greens already grown, unless they have a greenhouse in the back patio I don't know about. Chef microwave and chef toaster are doing all the work here. The fans were on full blast as well and I had to climb in the storm shelter because I thought a tornado was coming.0 percent would not recommend.
