I pay high dollar for my membership. And shop very regularly at this location, and too many times I have either encountered or bought moldy food on accident. I’m considering canceling my membership due to the poor or lack of attention details in their produce as well as bakery.

This Sam's club wouldn't allow 30 individuals (who obviously aren't harboring a group of children in their carts) to leave for 8 minutes. The 4 or 5 children approximate ages 6-15, were found in their respective vehicle. Unless I accepted this in the terms and conditions, This act of not letting people leave is illegal. In general every person within the building must be able to exit all doors in their path to the outside, without the use of a key, tool or special knowledge or effort from operation from the egress side.

It's been years. What little staff they have is very very friendly and helpful. Got a discount membership. So far I'm not seeing many bargains at all. Just a few here and there. In fact most things are way cheaper at the grocery store 1000 feet away. I won't be renewing at FULL PRICE next year! Sorry Sam's

I dont like the associates by the registers that come over to you when you dont even ask for their help. Wouldnt be such a bad thing if they were polite and actually werent obnoxious. Its typical trashy people that use the guise of unwanted help to say they are just doing their job when in actuality it feels more like they are harassing you more than anything. Some of the employees also like to glare at people looking like they clearly hate their miserable lives and wish they werent around people but the sad part of that is that most people dont want to deal with them either. I can tell the staff here are toxic. You could stand and watch a worker in the food court handling pizza and for some reason that too will be met with a glare because of who is watching. You can tell someone likes you or not within seconds and there seem to be a lot of people working here that just have an issue with anyone that is of my demographics. I pity them because they are the dregs of society.

This Sam's Club location is one of the best in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. It was well-stocked at the time of my last visit. This location has fresh flour tortillas. The employees at this location cook the rotisserie chickens better than the other locations in the Metro. The food at the snack bar is also a plus, not only is it more than worth the price, but this location prepares the food better the almost all of the other Sam's in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.

The location seems really nice but the place obviously isn’t staffed very well. I placed a pickup order here for 7pm. I hadn’t got an alert and it was getting close to closing time so I drove there, parked, went inside, grabbed what I needed, flagged down one of the workers doing pickups, and right then I got an alert that my order was ready.The other person working pickups had finally picked my order at 7:59pm. I’m not even mad at the workers. This is 100% a failure of management.

DO NOT get use their auto service department here. The two males there were very rude, especially to a women and a minority women at that. Don’t go here unless you want to be jipped and taken advantage of. They will yell at you and make you think you’re stupid. Their service is terrible. But the grocery store employees are always nice and pleasant.

It was hard to find some items but thanks to a really nice associate named Kat it was a very pleasant experience she was awesome thank you Kat great job! I always go to the one on 5th off of Mc Arthur because they have the best customer service !They always do a great job!Go 8289!!

Truck drivers avoid delivery at this location, especially water loads, you get here on the scheduled appointment they give you a different address to take product and want to pay $50 . They wholesale whole truck load and want you do it for free. Be careful when delivering here broker could not pay more than $50 .this is 45500 lb ..

For receiving;Jennifer and the entire crew in Receiving are absolutely excellent!!!!They truly work hard to get drivers in and out as quick as possible!Someone in management has to be doing something right because these Receiving employees all have the same bright smiles and don't waste the delivery driver's time.Well lit for deliveries at dark!

I go here once or twice a week to shop. Good quality food and the membership is worth it you get it back and then some. I get my gas here too because it's cheaper than other service stations.

I love shopping here. I can always find good deals on stuff and they almost always have what I need. I have 4 stats because I wish you didn't have to have a membership to shop here

Usually I don’t have a problem with Sam’s but they are seriously lacking in customer service. Today I made a quick run and one of the items was moldy. When I called they were not helpful at all. Yes I should have checked my food better but I didn’t think they would sell moldy food. Buyer beware!!
