Ive been coming to this Sam's Club for years and have never had a bad experience in the past years. This location is convenient for me because it is located right off Pennsylvania and the turnpike. The only complaint I have about this location is that it is always crowded but to be fair the area itself is very busy. I definitely recommend this location.

Out of alot things had to go to Costco not a good fit for me. Wish it was better stocked.

This Sams keeps going downhill. The associates are rude. One associate take front space parking. Isn't there a designated parking area for associates. Third time I've seen her do it.

This Sam's Club is HORRIBLE! If I could give a negative star I would. If your tire shop closes at 7:00 pm, then you should take vehicles until 7:00 pm.....otherwise then say you close the tire shop at 6:00 pm. My wife had a nail in her tire and we tried calling at 6:30 pm and no one answered. My wife drives up to Sam's Club and gets there at 6:45pm. She waits at the counter for a few minutes and no one ever comes up to the desk to help her. She has to go knock on the tire window to get help and is told "we stop taking vehicles at 6:00 pm". She ask to speak to a manager (Rebecca) and the manager calls what I am assuming the store manager on her cell phone. She comes back and states "it's our policy to not take vehicles after 6:30 pm"..... so the tire employees say 6:00 pm and the assistant says 6:30 pm..... I don't think this is how you should treat members who want to spend money with your company. Ridiculous!!! #NeverSamsClub

Had my tire patched here a week ago and it blew out on the highway. Went in for a replacement and it took multiple days to get the work order through. After payment they claimed that the work order had never been produced. How can this be if it's been signed and paid for? There clearly is zero communication or accountability here. A manager had to intervene to get the job we paid $155 for started and I cannot even trust that the job was done well.

This Sam's gets a two (2)! My Wife ordered deli platters for an event today, 11 December 2021, she gets called at 9am to be told there is no more turkey for the platters. First how does a bulk item store run out of turkey! Secondly, EVERY SINGLE TIME we order something from this Sam's on Memorial in OKC, there is ALWAYS a problem! Worst Sam's in OKC for special order items, as a matter of fact we are probably going to switch to Costco and leave Sam's alone all together!

Thank you, Nick, for your relentless service today, 7/8/21, finding me some birthday Aspire!!! You didn't just go the extra mile, you went 5 or 10!! You made my day - 1st with your kind attutude 2nd for finding in that huge store what you looked up and knew you had, we just couldn't find it!! Thank you!!! He deserves some type of reward --- maybe his own box of Aspire!!

In April we purchased a pergola to be delivered and set up for 5/20/20. We waited for 2 months just to purchase this pergola. Today was supposed to be delivery and set up day. We were informed that SAMS CLUB HAD SOLD THE ITEM WE BOUGHT BACK IN APRIL TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I called and talked to Damion, he was no help at all. I went into the store and another manager helped, because Damion ran off to lunch instead of taking care of his manager duties. The other Manager that helped immediately ran to the back and was relaying messages to a non manager to give to me. Again you are in management come talk to me. They came up with no solutions to fix the problem. I suggested many solutions and ultimately they couldn’t come to anything that benefited me as a customer. All I asked was for them to Order the product on line and have it delivered and set up and they wouldn’t do that. I’m extremely disappointed in their management and customer care procedures. The customer always comes first. Maybe if I was white I would have gotten my problem taken care of. I ended up leaving with a refund and someone else with the pergola I bought.

Worth the membership to buy in bulk. Savings are great. When buying items that you can use for a long period of time it's always worth coming here for.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We were members back when we had 5 kids in the house. Decided we would give it a try and see if it is something we would use now that it is just the 2 of us. Went to the store to see if we could get a day pass to look around to see if it would be beneficial. Girl at the counter told us they no longer offer the day pass. My wife gets a discount on a membership through her work and she would not even look it up to see. Apparently, they are doing so well that they no longer need new members. So basically, they pussed us off. Great customer service. Guess we will go to Costco.

Friendly people. Good selection. Clean. And usually well stocked. I wish they would convert this to the models near their homes office that have much greater selection of fine foods, but it's a solid location for their chain.

Got my membership today. Unfortunately, I Lost my wallet after checking out and the team did all they could to help me find it. Great management. Literally saved me so much trouble.

The customer service is a joke. The hourly associates know more about what's going on than the managers do. I've been a Sam's Club member for over 6 years now, and it just continues to go down hill. Hopefully one day they can hire someone in management that actually knows what's going on. I will NEVER shop at this Sam's Club location again. Worst experience I have ever had at any grocery store my entire life. I literally saw the club manager with my own two eyes digging wash cloths out of a trash can and handing them to associates to clean off the registers. Another thing, the reason why they never have any Lysol wipes for members is because they have pallets of them in the back of the club, using them for their own personal use. (Same with toilet paper). My experience with Sam's Club is done. Especially with this club in particular. I say fire ALL management and start over because this isn't working out. If It was possible to have given this Club a negative star rating, I would have.
