why does the Salvation Army discriminate between a single Father and a Single Mother.....for example...on the Angel Tree application you are asked for household type....couple with no children, female single parent, foster parent(s), grandparent(s) and child, non-custodial caregiver(s), single adult, single parent, two parent family, other....So, what is the difference between a SINGLE PARENT and a FEMALE SINGLE PARENT???? NOTHING!!!! but yet you still have to choose which option....does a female have more or less rights than a male ??? NO!!!! and you call your self a christian based organization....

It's a great company, if you want to make there employees discussed they have to help someone who is in need, they will even return your donations, put your belongings in the trash while your at work, and even go as far as calling you by bed number not by name.
Let's not forget theft, you try to report to police, you get thrown out and banned, my opinion if you want to lose faith in humanity, this is the perfect getaway for you.

I was a member of the Salvation Army for a time when I lived in Ponca City, OK. I live in Texas now, but I would love to work at a music camp as a choral conductor. I am wondering who I should talk to about this.
