The owner is a very sweet and polite lady. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed nicely. She is super friendly and her prices are fair. I have been using Rothem cleaners for about 20 years. It's nice to have them in the neighborhood.

Took a white comforter to get cleaned on Thursday, was advised would be ready by noon on Friday, went to pickup it was not there. Then was told by close. Called to verify and it still wasn't there. Then was told come Saturday morning. Called around 10 still not there. Finally got comforter after 1pm. If you offer same day or even next day this is what customers should receive.Service: Comforter cleaning

I have been dealing with the Rothem cleaners once a week for about 5 years now and have never had a bad experience with them. They are always pleasant and my cloths are ALWAYS back on time and in great shape. I have had one broken button in all these years.

We have never had a bad experience here. We had to move to another state recently but if I'm planning to be in town and my husband has dry cleaning that needs done, I get it done at Rothem Cleaners while I'm here. They're the best!

I took my clothes to get dry clean for the first time here. All the shirts came out wrinkle with buttons imprint on the opposite side of the shirts. One shirt also has four cut holes on it. I am not very happy with the services here. Don't bring your clothes here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. A business who does not cover damages done by employee's or their machines. I took in a cinch shirt ($70) to get starched, was returned with a large tare in the arm. Manager/Owner blamed the tear on me after the fact,gave every excuse in the world as to how I am the one who tore the shirt before hand and would not cover ANY costs for the damages. Was also told that I was called before they starched it, notifying me of the tear, which NEVER happened. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER go back. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
