I love Ross, but this particular Ross was a little different. The loss prevention man at the front door was the friendliest person. He was enthusiastic, outgoing, and funny. He also let us know to stay alert for tornadoes the next day as we were leaving. He was worth taking the time to write this review.

Yesterday I went and after got some stuff when I was ready to pay I figured out someone stole my wallet from my purse there, when I talked to the manager she just told me do a police report, today I went again and talked to another manager and try to explain him everything it was on my wallet, all my personal documents and he told me is nothing he can do, he didn’t want to check cameras to help me out. I’m a manager in a restaurant and when a customer needs something I always take the time to check cameras to help them but at this store they DON’T CARE!!! I never will come back here!!!

I got some clothes I needed and they treated me very well...from the moment I entered they greeted me very friendly until I left.I was happy...because you can still appreciate the people who work with joy.
