All the other RA doctors were booked up. They also all had to have a referral. I pay extra to not have to have a referral. this is the only place in town that would talk to me without a referral. Very pleasant Staff and the Doctor was pleasant as well. No problems with insurance. Thank you very, very much for getting me in.

Dr. Heinlen is one of the kindest and smartest doctors who has treated several people in our family. Can't recommend RAO enough!

I was really excited to meet my new RA doctor today. I scheduled my appointment over a month ago. I was really shock that they could get me in that soon. I get to my appointment early at 1:15 pm like I was told, and filled out paperwork. The receptionist asked me, do I have a deductible? I told her I don't know. I asked her, did you verify my insurance? She just looked at me with a blink stare and shrug her shoulders. I just gave her a estimate of what I thought my deductible is. She tells me I have to put down $150 which I did not have at the time of my appointment. I asked her, could you bill me? She told me she would have to ask her manager. Her manager told her no I would have to rescheduled. I go ahead and reschedule I ask her, do you take manual payment? She says yes. There was a patient behind me trying to check in. I told her I'm going step outside to make a call. I go back in to let her know I have the payment the call took only seconds. The receptionist says let me talk to my manager. She comes back to tell me I can't be seen this will put the doctor behind. My appointment is at 1:30 pm and It was literally 1:25 pm I was really shocked. I was really upset !

Everyone in the office is so welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Rawdon always answers my questions. Both Rosy and Katie are always attentive with me during my infusions. Glad to be a patient here!

Dr. Heinlein and her staff are absolutely great! I've been going to RAO for many years now and I can't say enough about how caring and helpful they are. The infusion department is amazing! I would highly recommend RAO to anyone seeking treatment for a Rheumatic disease.

I’ve been to all 3 locations for appointments & infusions and they are all awesome. Everyone one is so friendly and knowledgeable. As a disabled RN, I trust Dr Titus, Dr Heinlen and the infusion nurses with my care without hesitation. Angie, an Infusion RN is the best!

I was so nervous my first time, but I didn’t need to be. From being checked in to meeting Dr. Titus they made me feel very welcomed. My questions were answered on my level. My infusion therapy nurse is by far a tremendous asset as part of this team! Angie is the greatest. She listened to my concerns and then answered them with respect to me since I was so unsure of everything! I would recommend this place!!

I has been going to Dr. Heinlen since 2019. She is easy to talk to and she takes her time to understand your situation. The infusion staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else...

I always feel cared for at RAO. My nurse Angie is personal. She knew my name from the first time. I actually look forward to my appointments. It is an hour of calm. They do a great job!

I've been seeing Dr. Titus for many years, she absolutely listens to her patients. Even when my labs were concerning, she actually called me to assist me with extra help. Her infusion nurse "Angie" is always very caring and knowledgeable. Her staff is very helpful and patient with everyone. I would always suggest going to RAO for any Arthritis patients. They will absolutely take care of you.

Rheumatology Associates of Oklahoma is so wonderful an an want to see you feel better. I have had the absolute best care since changing over to Dr. Titus’s office. They also make you feel like family an my infusion nurse is amazing in so many ways, just love her to death. Can’t thank them enough for helping me.

I am so impressed with Angie at the Yukon, Ok. sight. I have been receiving IV therapy for psoriasis for many years and I am a difficult stick. Angie is able to get an IV inserted on the first stick every time! She is always so pleasant that I don't ever have to dread an appointment. She always is on time and works with the schedule that works best for me.
