Bought a new bronco out-of-state and wanted to use my FordPass rewards. Guess my order was overlooked. Miss Reynolds’s Ford old crew. Seems this new bunch at this location cares less about customers! Just sad and disappointed! Please refund my FordPass points and I will seek the accessory elsewhere. Good luck everyone else!

Bought a 2012 toyota tundra with 90,000 miles in may of this year, drove the vehicle less than 50 miles and the truck started smoking. Took the vehicle to an actual toyota dealership to get it looked at, turns out it needed a NEW ENGINE! No wonder cavendar ford pushed the service warranty when we bought it. That warranty saved us $11,000 for the new engine we had to have put in the truck. And of course we signed paperwork relinquishing Cavendar Ford of any responsibility once we drove it off the lot, since it was a used vehicle. Won’t be coming here again, don’t recommend buying a vehicle from them.
