I've been living here for going on 4yrs since new management I could not ask for better tenant care property manager and maintenance are extremely great property is clean friendly and safe community would highly recommend to everyone

If there were zero stars they would have nothing from me. Yesterday my head suffered a blow because the sky above you is coming down. I went to tell the manager Rosa and what she did was threaten me and have her partner watch me. Very bad service, if you are going to renew your contract or are looking for options, do not come here.

Penn Grand Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. The community is friendly, the property manager, Rosa, is incredibly responsive and professional, and overall, it's a great place to call home. Highly recommend!

Those apartments are infested with rats and bedbugs. Our furniture was ruined, we left there due to the poor service of Raquel and Rosa. Both drug addicts, if you have children or teenagers don't move there. Rosa serves you smoking marijuana and children can buy it in the hallways. The water bill is very high. You leak everywhere and Rosa treats you very badly just like Raquel was, they are sisters and they are just as mediocre.

Although I do not live in that apartment complex and they have not wanted to rent it to me, I like it a lot, and maybe one day they will give me an opportunity to rent it, I highly recommend it because it is a good place and they take good care of you, when they rent me then they will I will give 5 stars..!!

These apartments are very bad, the administrator is a noob, she doesn't help at all, the office is closed almost all day, 900 dollars in rent and a lot of water comes out that you don't even use, and electricity is very expensive, due to the insecurity and how dirty they are, I don't recommend them.

penn grand apartments are one of the worst complex to stay at last night my moms boyfriends car window got shattered there was another incident that someone’s car got broken into and they look trashy and there’s never anyone in the office these apartments are ghetto and overpriced for no reason half of them are falling apart or are having tons of problems they also have mice and roaches the new apartment manager is also snobby and nobody likes her she also doesn’t do her job at keeping it nice and in control and there’s always someone partying or being loud she rents to literally anyone and there’s kids that will knock on your door multiple times not a safe or healthy environment

New management, Absolutely terrible, they don't answer the phone their rude. She just rents to whoever. And all they do is party here now it's so loud at night.They don't clean anything there's no lights outside. I wish I could post pictures here of all the trash from the dumpsters and the homeless people digging in them. If you want to feel safe do not move in

Bad experience here Rachel apartment manager is a racist, she kept taunting me lied said I was throwing trash in parking lot no evidence of that! Said I called and threatened her, no evidence! she has a lot of enemies for sure, don't point me out for nothing don't stay here they never did fix anything that was broken in this apartment we've been here a year and nothing has gotten fixed even the heater and she's a drug head just let you know that the reason why I know is because I had a family member that was sending it to her she sits up in that office lock the door don't answer the phones when you have a concern so not a good place to stay if you're black.
