Chas did a great job explaining all the features of several chairs and then gave me and my wife time to select the chair we wanted. It was brought from warehouse, assembled and placed in the back of my truck for us. I would recommend you go by and give them a try if you have back issues.

PS I have been very disappointed in Relax the Back!! I was told I would receive my mattress within a week from the time I bought it on Aug 15. Now I am being told it may be here by Aug 30. I think I could have gotten it earlier somewhere else!!

Great service and helped me pick out what I needed and within my budget. Zero gravity chair is amazing. I have been recovering from a 360 fusion S1-L4 and it has really given me a whole new way to get comfortable.

I have been a customer of this store in Oklahoma City for approximately 25 years and due to their products I have been able to avoid spinal fusion for several years and now recovery from fusion. The manager Jim Brawner or his knowledgeable employees have always helped me select the appropriate products ranging from office, chairs to beds, etc. I highly recommend anyone to consider their products for back health. I do not know of any other business with as much knowledge that is needed for wellness.

Frankie and Robert did such a great job delivering my new chair (my third chair over the years), and explaining and demonstrating all the new features that this chair has. This company has the best products if you care about maintaining a healthy back while sitting in the most comfortable chair that exists! Try it--you will never be without one.

I purchased the Qi XE PRO massage chair from COZZIA. I absolutely love this chair, after using the first day when I woke up the next day not near as stiff as usual. After 3 days of use the pain in my knee has subsided.Robert and Frankie delivered and setup my chair. They did an excellent job. Thanks guys.This was my fourth purchase from Relax the Back and will be purchasing a massage recliner soon. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their backs.

Electrical apparatus on two chairs had been damaged by water due to burst pipe. Repair team Robert and Frankie very professional and courteous, installed new parts from the manufacturer, and did a great job. Couldn’t ask for better. 240201
