I had the pleasure of having Ashley be my hair stylist. I expressed my concerns to her about my hair loss and she quickly professionally assessed what would be the best style and hair length for my particular situation. I am grateful to have gotten such a professional, kind, and very knowledgeable hair stylist. I am glad I made the decision to go to Duncan Brothers at Quail Springs. The whole experience was positive beginning with the very warm & welcoming young lady at the front desk to the quality service provided by Ashley who is very genuine. Booked two appointments with Chelsea today. I called 5 minutes ahead of my first appointment to let her know I would be 5 minutes late. They said it was no problem on the phone, but then she added a color over the top of my first appointment. I cancelled the second appointment for my son. The front desk blonde has an attitude as well. You are better off not scheduling an appointment, if you are just getting a haircut. Appointments go to the highest bidder.

I got my hair done today by Lyndsie Webster. She did a phenomenal job!! I can’t even tell you how much I love my hair!! She took my hair from a complete mess, to super model quality! She’s amazing! Very talented! She was very professional, super sweet, and easy going. She made me feel so comfortable, I felt so at ease the whole time. You could just tell she knew what she was doing, totally in her element. I came in feeling so down about my hair and now I feel SO confident about my appearance. My hair is a masterpiece! Duncan Brothers Salon has quite a treasure on their hands. Lyndsie Webster is a miracle worker. I will definitely be coming back, I found my hair dresser for life.

Sarah did an amazing job and did exactly what I was looking for with my hair. She gave me tips and helpful advise about products to use for my hair type and everything. She fixed the mistakes that were done from a previous hair cut and I'm very pleased and will be returning!! Thank you Sarah !!

Kari is absolutely amazing!! I’m so impressed with the COVID precautions they’re taking for everyone’s safety!! The salon is extremely clean and all stylists are wearing masks!! I felt so safe here! Duncan bros has always been a great experience!!! They have great products too!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend came in to get a simple haircut today. A 1,2 fade with a trim up top. We don't remember who the stylist was but she had short purple hair. She gave him attitude when he asked for it shorter on top after she decided it was good enough, then proceeded to tell him she couldn't go shorter or she would cut herself. She was rude and unprofessional. We paid full price and left. Will never be coming back.

Horrible experience!! The stylist colored my friends hair the color she wanted instead of the color my friend specifically asked for then refused to cut her hair saying her way was better anyways! If that wasn't enough her hair was burned!! I wanted more blonde highlights on the top and walked out with the half part of my hair orange and yellow!! We definitely will not be returning.

Went in for a simple trim on my long hair...charged me $45 and when I got back to work and it was clearly uneven, with several pieces that had not even been cut. I might as well had a rookie kid in hair school cut it. What a complete waste of money. I normally go to DK Salon and my trim is more like $30, and right every time. I won't bother going back to "fix" it either if they can't cut a simple straight line to begin with.
