The worst job ever. It was disgusting and painful. She lady did literally nothing on my nails and left it looking worse than what it was before. I never will be back at this place. Even when I was crying they charge me for the bad services. I paid it. But no happy. She hurt me until I bled and she blame me for it.

I was very hesitant to come to this salon after reading the reviews but I was in a rush because I was leaving town and this was the only salon near me that was open. I arrived and waited about 15 minutes, which was fine because it was early. They had just opened and only had one person there at the time. When the other workers finally arrived I was seated. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I noticed her shirt said her name was Lynn. She asked what I wanted and I told her a classic French tips set. From the time she started she was rushing and moving very fast. I noticed that my left index finger nail was crooked after she had already applied the acrylic. I told her this and she proceeded to argue with me about how my fingers are crooked. After about 5 minutes of her negotiating with me, she finally agreed to re-do that nail. I could tell she was annoyed. She quickly took the nail off and told me I’d have to glue the new nail back on myself. I told her that’s fine because I’m a nail technician too. She then asked me if I do nails why did I come here. I told her I’m on a time limit and wanted to treat myself today. After she fixed that nail I noticed that I had a lot of extra acrylic on my skin and underneath the nails. Her acrylic application was very sloppy and it kept dripping everywhere. I showed her this and asked her to fix it and that’s when she started getting rude. She told me next time do my own nails and don’t come here. I was so shocked! She started tossing my hand when she would go on to the next hand and grabbing the other one very rudely. I kindly asked her not to throw my hands. She denied doing so but she definitely was tossing my hands around. She filed underneath my nails to try to remove all of the extra acrylic and it wasn’t coming off. She told me that the extra acrylic is there because my nails beds are too small. The nails looked very nasty and clumpy underneath. There was also a huge indention in the nail that had been crooked previously but I didn’t want her to take off the acrylic again because she was moving very fast and she burned me several times with the drill when she removed it the first time. I asked her to just remove them and she started raising her voice very loudly and told me it would be $50 to remove them. The set was only $40 originally so I told her to just continue. The owner came over and assured me she would fix all of these mistakes. She was very rough with me the entire time. She had to keep using the hand file on my actual skin because there was just so much extra acrylic everywhere. My skin was very irritated and my hands were burning. She also cut me on multiple fingers with the drill because she was moving so fast and carelessly. This is by far the worst experience I’ve never had at a nail salon and I can’t believe they operate out of Walmart. It looks nice from a distance but the salon itself is very unorganized and dusty once you get in and sit down. I will never return and I would never recommend this place. I wish I could give 0 stars!

They really do not know how to do nails, go here at your own risk. Very dirty place to. Pedicure was 0/10 i was left to put lotion on my feet myself and my nails were horrible, i literally almost cried leaving this store. Never again.

I’ve never had a pedicure experience where I didn’t get my feet rinsed with clean water and did not get a massage/scrub. I don’t even know what to say… customer service was nonexistent. I specifically asked 5-10 minutes just to soak my feet. Lady says “ok” & proceeds to do my feet a minute later. ?

The older lady was nice but my nail shape did not match and the pedicure tech didn't remove my dry skin and did not remove the ingrown nails as I paid for and a week from today my nails look like I have had them for a month I also had to ask for oil on my cuticles. And my heels were white. I won't go back paid 90 in total.Services: Pedicure

Kay is my go to for nails. She's fast and does beautiful work! I just had my eyelashes done to and she was amazing at that too!
