Best experience I’ve had getting boots. First time I’ve had some that actually fit correctly! Quality of help and product is great! I just wish they had one closer to Guthrie, OK.

Spent close to $400 on a pair of boots. I voiced my concern before hand about how I feared the quality of Red Wing had gone down in recent years but was assured that they were better than ever and would fix anything that came up.Wore the new boots 3 times before one of the speed hooks pulled out of the leather. Took them back and they said they needed a part to put the correct, larger sized speed hooks in. They slapped another one on and I was able to easily pull it out standing there in the store. They also couldn’t tell me when the part would be in saying “could be one day, could be 10 days. Who knows”Not a single apology, guy at the desk hardly looked up from his computer. Very regretful I spent my money at this store. They were happy to take my money and give me promises about incredible customer service but then when it very quickly came time to back those promises up, I was treated as a nuisance and barely acknowledged.I would recommend you take your business elsewhere if you are looking for quality and a company that stands behind their product.

Great store, excellent service. I had a pair of boots with a weird/rare defect that were well out of warranty and they took care of my concern, 100% happy with everything.

I came into the store to buy the same boots I always have. But the sales representative was very helpful in using the tools available to help me choose a different kind of work boots with specialized insoles.

Went in to get some new work boots, the gentleman behind the counter was helpful, just not as professional as he pretended to be.Although he gave me a half size smaller, than the one I asked for.I went to return the boots the next day, and the guys behind the counter made sure I was taken care of, and even brought me a cup of coffee while I waited.
