I went there with my fiancé and my son and the gentleman who helped us was amazing! Not just at selling shoes, but just all around amazing. He noticed my son had a dinosaur shirt on and started to talk to him about dinosaurs and even took him behind the counter to show him and ankylosaurus. 10/10 service and loved how he went above and beyond to talk to my kiddo as well ☺️

Ollie helped me find the perfect shoes in the best color!! She made sure it fit to my foot shape and was peak comfortable for my runs. She was extremely informative and answered any question I had while being extremely sweet and awesome ! Definitely would go back just to say hi to Ollie :D

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff, especially Jennifer. I came in the store on recommendation from my surgeon. A running store is not a particularly comfortable place for me. But from the minute I walked in the store, the staff took care of me. Jennifer was even nice enough to spend a long time with me explaining everything along the way even though they were really busy in store. Jennifer could tell I was uncomfortable and made sure I was taken care of along the way. Thank you Jennifer for seeing me and caring about my comfort today.

Becoming the Fleet Feet of OKC. They bombard you like aggressive car salesmen right when you open the door. They have great products but not worth my anxiety. They take my phone number and pull my name. They used to give me discounts but no longer. They then ask who is helping you aka commissions. I will order and go elsewhere.

It is “hit or miss” here. I support Red Coyote because they are a local business and give back to community but “something is off”. I don’t know if it’s because the owners are no longer local or if it is due to poor management. Lack of consistency day to day and store to store. (Before the pandemic, during, and after). You will either get really great service or really bad service (almost like you are bothering them).

Red Coyote is very accommodating to the more senior crowd. My doctor sent me over there for help with my feet. I bought a pair, special insoles, etc. and I kept those shoes on all day long! The person assigned to me from red coyote was very knowledgeable and very helpful For me. I would recommend that store to anybody with problems. They can help!

W shoe store they have everything for your running needs. I love this place. They have a treadmill to shoe they can test how you run. It's so cool. I highly recommend this place if you are new and don't know much about running shoes.

I have pretty bad feet, and I needed some shoes that were wide at the toes and thick at the soles. I found red coyote stores and I've never looked back. I buy my Hoka there and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love red coyote.

First off I love the shoes I purchased. I don't recall the lady’s name that did the foot analysis but she was very nice and explained why they do this is and how it helps to find the right shoe for each person. Jacob was so helpful in making sure I got the right fit and suggested trying each shoe out while on the treadmill or the track to get a feel for the shoe versus just walking around the store like most places! That was really the selling point. I wanted a good running shoe and I actually got to experience running/jogging with them before I even left the store! Will absolutely be back!

Love their customer service!!! They all greet you with a smile and warm welcome and make sure you're taken care of. Kat has helped me the past two times and she is awesome!!! They care and want to get you in the right running shoe and go out of their way to do it! They do a feet analysis to make sure you're getting the right type of shoes for your feet. They have so many other opportunities and training programs available too.
