I just stopped by there because when I was little I remember my mother getting her tank filled at a place like this. The price is cheaper than an exchange, they fill your tank to fill capacity (the exchange at the stores aren't full) the team is friendly and the best part is they sell cuts of meat. Just bought a quarter brisket for $35 and has very little fat on it. I will be going back here for more than just propane/kerosene!

I've bought kerosene twice here.To me this is the best place to go for kerosene, propane and other fuels.5 star's for the amazing staff, they are quick and nice.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's kinda hit or miss, normally the guy at the pump is pretty decent but is short tempered and doesn't like having to use his brain or doing anything other than hooking up and filling and unhooking, he definitely hates having to help remove 60 gallon tanks

I had Ferrell gas and spent over an hour just trying to talk to someone. Called Red Baker and within 3 rings, I was talking to a live person! They came out and filled my tank and were all very friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Do not use this company especially the office personnel. Went in for 2 simple off the shelf parts and they were confused on the parts I was describing. They argued with me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Apparently they have no clue how a 5th wheel dual 30lb tank propane system works. Read all the other reviews and stay away from this business.

We have used Red Baker on and off for years. We typically use them when we need a quick bottled filled. While they do not offer the best prices, they are close to my shop thus a reasonable solution when needed. The older man that works at the fill station was unbelievable rude during my last visit. I needed two 30 lb forklift bottles filled. I backed right up to the fill station (approximately 10 feet away). Upon exiting my truck the man hastily told me to bring the tanks to him. I politely asked if he could assist me as I recently sustained a bank injury which made lifting quite painful. He was extremely rude and short of cursing told me that I needed to bring help with me to unload and load the bottles and that he doesn't have time to load every customer. Mind you that no one else was present during this time. As a business owner I would never allow my employees to treat customer in such a manner. I will not be going back to them. Customers are the key to a business's success and must be treated with respect.

I used to always get my tanks refilled at red baker. They did a good job, and for a reasonable price, until the fall of 2021. I’m not sure what happened, but they started charging 33% more than other propane suppliers to refill 20lb bottles. This is a shame since red baker is only about a mile from my house. They must have decided they don’t want to bother with refilling small tanks anymore. I now drive 7 miles to another propane supplier because I’m usually filling 2 or more tanks, and red baker is around $5 more per tank. I have kept calling red baker throughout the 2021-2022 winter season, to see if their new high pricing was just a short term mistake, but it has only increased. If it wasn’t for the really high prices, I would recommend them.

The two stars are mainly given for the front desk guy who answers the phones. I think his name is Will. I was told I was going to get a call back about buying or renting a propane tank. After not receiving a call and coming up with addition questions I called back and was transferred to someone and I was talked completely down to. I have never worked with propane before and had questions and the lady I spoke with said that my number was passed off and I could speak to him about it. Her tone was derogatory and rude. And after a week I still have not received a phone call back about pricing. So, I am now working with another propane company called OLG. They are fantastic.

I had never had an issue with any staff in all of my visits, always friendly, always pleasant...until....on a Friday, Baker's boy tried to tell me there was a problem with the fill valve on my van...news to me..he discharged it a couple times with a screwdriver because they couldn't get their pump to fill more than 1/10gal before it would stop...so I was told the problem was my van, asked if my fuel gauge was accurate, then it was decided my filler to the tank was stuck & to come back Tuesday in kind of a condescending tone. I am not easily offended so pretty much laughed it off as I left, went to my usual place which had no issue filling me, the prices at my usual stop are also over $1 per gallon cheaper... I wont be heading back there if at all possibleI am leaving 3 stars because of the good people that work there.... for the burden I was I leave -1 star

Called to ask about propane delivery at my house. I understand that they were busy but I was hung up on. Very unprofessional. My office uses you for propane and now I’m going to push for them to use someone else.

I wish they had boutique fuels, like propane infused kerosene. Just kidding, this place has good, prompt service.
