I brought my Dog in for her annual checkup. I was ambushed with a bill of $550. I told the vet tech that I approve the annual wellness charge along with the rabies vaccination but I would talk to my wife to see about the other things they had listed out. I took a picture of the bill and sent it to my wife so we could discuss. I told them I will give a call shortly to let them know on the other items. My wife and I discussed all the charges on the bill and thought the prices were way off from what our friends and family pay at different vets. We decide to not do anything of the extra items they begged us to do because they said “that’s what is best for your dog.” We call and told them that we are not wanting them to do any of the other items. The rabies and the wellness check is all we want. The vet tech then told us that they have already given her 3 other vaccinations and those charges will have to be paid for. We did NOT give them authorization to do this. When we told them that we aren’t paying for those since we didn’t approve of them they said sorry but we can’t take it back. They never had me sign anything saying I approved and did the vaccines anyway. Unfortunately we are going to pull all 3 of our dogs from this vet. I recommend anyone looking at this vet to call and ask for price of the same services at other vets. You will be surprised on how much they are over charging here.

My dog was pooping and peeing blood. That wanted $450. I had $150 to pay and I would have the rest the next day (payday). They would not treat my baby. Soooo my assessment is they don't care about animals! They do care about the almighty dollar. I had been previously told they have a reputation for this kind of treatment. I just thought it was a rumor. Well it's true. For what it is worth...... I prefer to give my business to ppl who Love animals more than Money. Not sure how thay sleep at night.

Buddy, Mom and I love this vet. They're very interested in buddies health and wellness in being the best dog he can be. This will be our vet for life.

Unfortunately or puppy got sick and we took them to the ranch wood Vet for treatment. They were very Polite and professional I would recommend this office if you're pet needs help

I absolutely adore this place. Everyone from the receptionists to the vet are extremely kind and helpful. They give you as much information as possible and thoroughly cover all the options that will help your pet. We've had several vets for our cat in her 17 years of life and this one is by far the best.
