This is a TERRIBLE place to stay. Don’t waste your time in these janky apartments. For starters, you’re LUCKY to ever get a maintenance order either properly requested, or actually handled for that matter. The hot water was constantly out, at least 3-5 times A MONTH. Lastly, I had to move out due to a domestic violence incident, paid the last two months of rent UPFRONT and was assured no extra charges would be added, aside from the regular cleaning fees/removal of small items/etc. 6 months later, after NO LONGER being a tenant, they ended up charging water/sewage bills that I was not living in their space for and again, the last 2 months of rent. This is a terrible way to run an establishment & I would STRONGLY advise anyone looking to please search elsewhere. They are absolutely money hungry and will make any lame attempt to suck you dry of extra money they are NOT entitled to. Disgusting.

Hi so I just move in to this apartment on September 6/2023 this is so sad to move someone in this apartment and did not clean it up the right way I feel so uncomfortable in this apartment I haven't even moved all my stuff In yet they try to put a lot of bleach in the dishwasher to clean it out ir have roaches I mean come on the maintenance wow I put in a work order they email me back and said complete not at all complete would u let your mom live like this this is the reason I don't like staying in apartment they don't fix nothing but quick to get your money like who inspect this apartment they did a f up job only thing new in that apartment is the washer and dryer

Go elsewhere they're greedy and will make up charges as they see fit. I was paying 600$ for rent until they got bought by a new company and my rent skyrocketed to $900 for the same apartment I was living in for years. Then instead of changing my rent to at the very least 700$ that they're advertising on their website they drop it 20$ and in order to get that affordable price I am forced to move and transfer to another apartment as a transfer. Then as a malicious way to get back at me charging me 35$ for a transfer fee that's already being done by OGE my electric company. I am disabled person, and undergoing physical therapy from a accident at this very complex and the service here is horrible go elsewhere. They're greedy I believe in karma no matter my attempts to reason with people they refuse to remove the charge.They can't say I didn't try to be nice

The website is misleading and lures poor people to a lengthy lease with high rent based on who they like and favoritism. They don't clean snow when it falls and everyone is stuck sliding in the parking lot at winter time. DONT MOVE HERE so many better complexes elsewhere the neighborhood is very bad.

Lived here for a year. No one in the office knows what's going on when you ask. When I originally moved in they had literally forgotten that I was moving in. So I was forced to wait while they quickly "cleaned" my apartment. The carpets weren't professionally cleaned before I moved in so I had to have that done myself. They don't give you move-out inspections either. I also requested for my blinds to be fixed at least 2 weeks before my move-out date but they weren't ever fixed so now I'm being charged for those. Management doesn't follow their own rules. One manager will tell you one thing and another will back track on that. They refuse to communicate after a certain point because they know they will back themselves into a corner if they continue. I left the place far cleaner than when I arrived and now my entire deposit is being kept due to an "unclean stove" and the damaged blinds they didn't replace before I moved in in the first place. So I am likely being charged for damage that occurred well over a year ago. I don't recommend this place. They advertise rent around $700 but after all the fees and utilities it will be $1000+ a month. My electricity bill was over $120 a month and they refused to reimburse me or fix my AC unit after the maintenence team informed me it was undersized for my apartment. Do NOT expect management to fight for you. They do not care.EDIT: Just got off the phone with Megan, I might get some money back for a tub that was already stained BEFORE I moved in, but I will be paying for blinds that are well over a year old! Not worth the headache, just live elsewhere!

Overall, I'm satisfied. Very reasonable rent, at least until unit is upgraded, hopefully after I've moved, lol. Generally quiet complex, except for pool area in summer. Terrible. I lived there for a year. They do not communicate with each other about their own rules. One person will tell you something and when its time for move out, you get a fee for doing exactly what they told you to do. Then when you complain they throw a bunch of information at you to confuse you. Don’t waste your time.

Management wants to charge me for cigarette burns on the carpet when I don’t even smoke. Wasn’t given anything for a move-in inspection & still required to have everything up to their standards for move-out. Terrible place to rent from.

Not sure if we will choose here to rent or not yet, but service was better than a lot of other complexes nearby. On first call for showing Summer was very pleasant. During showing Christina was very attentive and polite the entire time!

My girlfriend kid moved in there ac went down been down 12 days and still not fixed nothing has been done no portable ac gets in the 90 in side been to off nothing very bad place

They are the most overpriced apartments in the area. The things you pay for here are of the same quality of an apartment worth $500/month. Just because they’re under new management and painted the outside they think they’re worth more. I’ve transferred to two different apartments in their complex because the first one flooded during a bad rain. The second one also had water damage from an upstairs unit and they did absolutely nothing about it. I told them mold was going to be present in that unit after a few days. They sent a maintenance guy in the apartment without my knowing while my girlfriend was home alone. The maintenance guy said there was no mold. Mind you, I’m a professional water and mold remediation worker. They moved me out of this unit. Did nothing about the water damaged ceiling and walls that still contained moisture and I doubt they did anything about the stachybotrys mold found in that utility closet (which was there since I first moved into that unit) which is extremely toxic to anyone breathing that in. I have laboratory proof of the mold species and they still did nothing. A few days after I moved out they moved another tenant in and I’m sure all these guys did was spray Killz on everything thinking that’s good enough to deal with mold and water damage. I’m surprised these people have not been sued for the amount of mold and health hazards that are in their homes. Then they want to charge you hundreds of dollars when their apartments aren’t even close to being legally safe. Absolutely terrible complex to live in.

They charge for trash pick up but i get letters saying they can't take lose trash, THEB THE OFFICE NEEDS TO PROVIDE TRASH BAGS or dont charge me for the service .. been here 3 months and not one person has sprayed for bugs .. first day of move in water was coming out black in the bathtub and no water , didn't get any hot water for about 2 days , the wall in the living room is sticking out and the plug doesn't work , dishes in the dish washer and it smells like rotten eggs ... cabinets are so greasy with sticky black stuff all over it , the window in the bedroom isn't even the correct window for the track so there's a big gap and water comes in when it rains & window can't lock

New management never notified me of charges after we moved and sent it to collections. How is someone supposed to know they owe you money if you don't tell them? Neither of us received a text, call, email, or letter notifying us of cleaning charges.There was mold in our unit and cockroaches despite the weekly sprayings. Maintenance used to be better before the management switch.DO NOT move here, we had a horrible experience!
