The website is misleading and lures poor people to a lengthy lease with high rent based on who they like and favoritism. They don't clean snow when it falls and everyone is stuck sliding in the parking lot at winter time. DONT MOVE HERE so many better complexes elsewhere the neighborhood is very bad.

Overall, I'm satisfied. Very reasonable rent, at least until unit is upgraded, hopefully after I've moved, lol. Generally quiet complex, except for pool area in summer. Terrible. I lived there for a year. They do not communicate with each other about their own rules. One person will tell you something and when its time for move out, you get a fee for doing exactly what they told you to do. Then when you complain they throw a bunch of information at you to confuse you. Don’t waste your...
