Adam and uptown QP have me sold. I'm new at some of the things I'm working on for my biz. Adam takes the time to show me what I can do and has options that are important for my business. Hes exactly who I needed. I called around a few places before I reached him. Most folks just kept telling me to send them what I needed. I didn't know since I'm just now creating.....THANK YOU for making this so much easier.

Love this place! I will definitely use them again. They had a two-day turnaround on a project that everybody else was 14 days on. And they were about half the price. After looking around we did find somebody that was about 5 to 10% less, but I'm telling you no service whatsoever. I'll be printing with them the rest of my life

Customer service is on life support all around us. So hard to find places that value their customers and will do their best to ensure that the job is done right. I just finished ordering a slew of printed materials for a large conference in OKC and Quik Print Uptown did all of that work. It was done right, done fast, and it was all done with a smile - even when I was needing to make revisions to the artwork. The response I invariably got was, "no problem!" These days that is HUGE. I am so grateful to Jessika and the crew for making us look good and for being so easy to work with. We will use this shop for all of our future printing needs.

I called quik print bc I needed to print a form 3911 for the IRS and fax it. They didn't do faxes at a print shop. You cannot tell me they don't have a fax machine. They also told me I could email them the form but said they have a $10 minimum. I went to kinkos and had it all done for $1.46

I frequently used this printer to purchase xerox copies as I no longer buy disposable office equipment. Reluctant as I have been to get a handicap placard, I made my way to QP on 23rd to get the copy of the application form I needed to complete. I was asked by the young woman at the counter if I was aware of their $10 minimum. I said no and she proceeded to the back to ask her manager a question. She returned to the counter and told me she could make me 100 copies of the form for $10 but they would not deviate from their $10 minimum. Very disappointed that this local business was unable to accommodate me, a senior citizen, to print one copy of the form. I realize they primarily focus on businesses and their commercial needs. However it seems a small thing to me to simply do the right thing. Won't be back to purchase the canvas prints I had planned on ordering. I suppose someone other than a local vendor will get that business now.

Took two weeks to print my wedding invitations rather than 48 hours, as they quoted me.Unprofessional and unkind tone when attempting to print my wedding signs. Going elsewhere. :/
