I dropped my device off weeks ago and was told I would receive a call within a few days to determine the issue and cost. It has been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve only been able to get ahold of someone one time and was told they were waiting on a “part” and I would receive a call the next day. They were not able to tell what exactly was wrong with it at that time. “We previously discussed the charging port” so I’m not sure what the issue or confusion is. This is another 4-5 days later and I’ve still heard nothing. Take your device elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. I was also given an inaccurate price quote to a device I wanted to get fixed and was told it would be more then the device itself. That was untrue as well. Super disappointed in the services received.
Update I received a call the following day and was told there is water damage and they can not fix it. This switch is basically brand new so I know this is not the case. However, I have seen numerous reviews on how people have dropped their electronics off and don’t hear from this place for weeks they leave a review and get a call just like I did. There is something extremely off about this place. Do NOT waste your time or money. This place is a scam and their employees are unprofessional. I do not doubt for one second the “positive” reviews posted are likely due to receiving a discount on services. However, that only applies to the ones they CAN fix and have FIXED within a timely manner. I have tried to pick up my device multiple times and can’t get anyone to answer a phone and no one is ever there. I went by there at 10:30 one day and no one was there. I tried 12:30 today and again the same thing no one is there. Don’t try to get anyone to answer a phone because it will not happen.

I came to get my phone fixed and it’s been nothing but problems since. I cracked the back of my phone and paid $160 to get it fixed. When i got my phone back, there were scratches and a glitch on my screen that wasn’t there before. The employee told me the scratches would go away if i rubbed it, which was bull, and the glitch would go away in two weeks because of “self healing properties” which was also bull. The manager was super helpful despite the bad employees but I decided to just take the loss. The only problem I had was they still wanted me to pay more money for the glitch that they caused. Fast forward a few weeks and the glitch is still there and today I tried to buy a better case for my phone. The problem with that was when i tried to put the case on, it wouldn’t go over the camera. It was super uneven. My mom has the same phone so I tried putting the case on her phone and it fit hers like a glove. Now i’ve gotta spend more money to fix a problem they caused when they were already suppose to be my solution. Unless the manager gets new employees or equipment, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They saved my bacon when I dropped my iPad and broke the screen. Even though I was afraid it was hopeless, they were able to make things better. They not only mended it promptly, but they also charged reasonable prices. Regards!

There isn't much to say except this place is amazing they have helped me and my son so much they're kind professional and definitely know what they're doing highly recommend if you have any electronic issues definitely go talk to them

When I called to ask about my phone they were repairing for us they told me about some totally unrelated issues so I got confused. I asked if they had the right phone because my phone didn't have any of those issues before. They realized they had the wrong phone and information so they searched for my phone. After about 10 minutes They found my phone but the repair ticket had been closed as if it was done and they took another 10 minutes trying to find my phone. then they said it would be another day to get the part that they said they had 3 days ago and another day to repair the phone. It took almost 2 weeks for a repair that they said would take 24 hours which is why we agreed to do the repair there. When we went to pick up the phone there was a person complaining about how long it takes to get there Playstation fixed. I have two game consoles that I refuse to take there because of the non-professional attitude and lack of organization. The initial meeting with them was so pleasant that it took me off guard when all these problems happened. Sorry quick fix, I refuse to endorse anyone with your business practices because they were sloppy, not timely, and not cheap.
