I don’t recommend this place at all. the amount of roaches you kill daily make you not even want to cook. The space of the unit is nice but infected with roaches and rats and ants, If you stay by someone that don’t clean it will make it worse for you because it’s so many holes around the unit.

ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!
There is a reason I emphasize ROACHES!! Tbh is the first of many problems you will face living here. The stairs always stink, trash everywhere, dogs poop everywhere, maintenance slow and problem never solve. 3 years after my girlfriend moved here the pool has not work until the summer. This place needs to be shut down or burnt down so that all Roaches are killed then rebuild.

My apartment looked good when I first moved into it even though it could have used an upgrade on the carpet and the bathrooms and kitchen it was not terrible and the rent was reasonable for the sq ft and each bedroom had its own full bathroom and the master had a power room. Each had walking closets and there was a half bath in the hallway. The den was huge with a wet bar and the kitchen was a small eat in with a very small pantry. It had a backdoor leading to a lg enclosed patio that led to my two reserved covered parking spaces. There was no washer dryer hookups in the apartment so we had to was in a laundry room in the parking lot and the equipment didn't work sometimes and if you wanted to wash you had to get a card from the office and put money on it for the washer and dryer until they started having us us our bankcards so if you lost money it wasn't beneficial for you to contact your bank every time for $125 one or more times and cause your bank account to have too many disputes. So you just lost money or go to a laundry mat somewhere else. There was a very nice club house wit a full kitchen, fireplace, and two bathrooms that we could reserve until they moved the rental office local and corporate to the clubhouse and it was no longer an amenity and they repaved the parking lot because it began to have too many potholes because it was too old and so the reserved covered lighted parking was taken away and never given back. We were informed that we could no longer have patio furniture, plants, on our patio so it started to look like the complex had no life and there were no lights because the lights were attached to the covered parking and not lights were replaced so it wasn't safe at night because you couldn't see. You really needed to remember to turn on your porch light which you paid for. My apartment was roach and spider infested when I 1st moved in and I had to be bitten by a recluse 4 times and go to the emergency room before they decided to get some real professionals to come in and do my entire building because some people had bedbugs. Roaches would fall from the ceiling into my food while I was cooking and I'd have to throw it out. I spent time crying and had to empty my cabinets every two weeks or be fined before they hired professionals and they always got new managers every other month so until I was bitten by the recluse spider and that manger wanted to cover her butt nothing was ever done for the 1st 6 months. I saw no signs of infestation before I moved in and about a week later I began asking my neighbors and that's when my upstairs neighbor said they had bedbugs that they brought with them and others said that the entire unit was infested for years and it will always be that way. I was persistent but it took 6 months, several managers, tears, throwing out my food, being bitten, etc but the problem went away. After living there for 5 yrs and every amenity being taken they went up on the rent double what it was when it was time to renew the lease! Double Rent and I had no double raise! We all looked for new places to move and gave our notice that we were not renewing our lease! I heard that my apartment was updated to modern appliances and flooring like my nephew that had moved next door to me the year before but he moved too because no one was going to pay double what we'd been paying.

The apartment that I was shone was very clean and I did not see one bug. I was there in the morning and it was quiet and peaceful. The price for the sq footage was really great.

Spacious. Corporate office doesn't support needs of residence. Office mgr, newest desperately trying to help, corporate office won't pay for expenses. But they want their rent, advised to go to hotel while they cleaned up flooding and feces and to deduct from rent providing receipts. .New 7-8 th mgr came when rent due, sued for non-payment and eviction...forced to pay in full. .We won as she didn't show up. But on my credit report... damaged my future rentalsHad six floods, furniture bottoms, legs ruined, Everything thing under bed and closets ruined Floating feces. So - Slow to clean and wetvac, no new pad or carpet the last time. Guest bedroom flooding horrible. Bugs are overwhelming, we spend lots of big spray.. They say pest control. Have videos of scamming us .. won't do work orders unless you threatened to deduct from rent. Don't rent without having them sign your apt has no flood history... Oklahoma law they must disclose or they are liable.Contractors put in new fence and left nails and blades and chemicals everywhere. I, as well as the manager have ruined tires... amazing even corporate doesn't know who will pay for my tires...New manager, thinking 9th in 2.5 years... very kind and trying.maybe he'll get his tires paid for. Adding pictures of nails. Left chemicals on parking..stain or glue.Didn't clean it up after asking them to.. Son cleaned it, after huge incident with 2.5 year oldFYI. Pool hasn't worked since I moved in.. Constantly keeping it looking good but won't open. It for paying tenants , but hasn't been open over two and a half years..Spent a fortune on laundry for towels and bedding to get water off areas. Towels dissingrate after use

Would not recommend living here at all. Roaches man. They do pest treatment, but they don’t work at all. Lived here for 3 months and they just kept crawling in my apartment. I had to break my lease. The outside of the apartments has trash lying around and looks unkept.

Lucio is the best maintenance man I’ve ever encountered!!! He’s on top of everything! That’s hard to find these days. This is truly one of the best places to live in OKC!

The maintenance man came by and told us that there was a leak in the lower apartment coming from our bathtub and was prompt to fix the leak immediately without hesitation and was also able to fix everything going on from the leak from our apartment to the one downstairs. Also he had replaced all the knobs and the faucet to the bathtub and bathroom sink and vanity area and he did such a wonderful job, and he did so so quickly and I had a great experience with him and I would recommend this maintenance seem to everyone. Two thumbs up absolutely¡!¡!¡Mio did an amazing job as always coming in and fixing the shower and did so very quickly, and on another occasion did awesome fixing all of the caulking to keep all of the summertime insects out!

Terrible property with poorest management ever seen. Stop deceiving innocent persons looking just for a shelter.... it's horrible

Property manager is nice but my unit for my heating and air hasn’t worked properly at all since I’ve moved in and now that it’s getting hot they won’t fix my AC (it blows hot air but my heater doesn’t) until they’re legally required to. So they don’t fix problems unless they HAVE to. Moved in in November but not one person that has been in to look at my unit has actually fixed it and I don’t get air conditioning because they don’t technically have to. Definitely won’t be renewing my lease.

Horrible complex. Demand rent on time, but refuse to make repairs. Constantly changing ownership. Blames previous owner, says not their responsibility. All neighbors conolain of bug infestation.Promise to-ave Pest control, yet they don't show up, ever.Complain and they retaliate.Beware, managers life here is average 5-7 months..Pool has never been open, keep it clean to defraud new tenants.Place is on flood zone. They fail to inform you, you can't get renters insurance because of flood zone..Deception is overwhelming.Do not take a chance on leasing at Quail Plaza Apartments
