Wife bought one size too small for my little boy. We live about 45 mins away and didn’t make it back within their “30 day return window”? So they said even tho the shoes are brand new and we have the receipt, they can’t accept them and give us full credit so we can get something else. They said they can give a credit and didn’t say how much so I just told them to keep the shoes and my receipt if that’s how they do business, and I will take my business elsewhere which is what we did… Never shopping there again…
UPDATE: emailed Puma and a district manager John N…. Made it right and refunded the amount for the shoes and assured me they will train their employees better because they did not give me the correct information on the return policy.

I ordered some LAMELO Ball toxic men basketball on the 3rd of November and paid for overnight shipment which would have been the 6th. We didn’t receive the shoe and still haven’t received the shoe and here it is the 17th! They were going to put out another shipment but the size is sold out and I’m pissed! Horrible service and FedEx is no better. I will never shop puma again.

Didn’t see many boy shoes to choose from. Mens shoes had a pretty decent selection. Idk if this is normal practice but the manager(at least she seemed to be in a leadership type position) asked not only myself but also my kid (when he was off on his own picking clothes out) if she could hold our items at the front of the store. I just took it to be a courteous gesture because my hands were full but thinking on it later on, I didn’t see or hear her ask any of the other shoppers this nor did I see anybody else's items behind the register waiting for the shopper to come up and complete the purchase like my items were. I’ll be interested to see of this occurs again next time I visit this store.
