Today was my second time in, and I was treated very poorly from the gentleman behind the counter. I came to pick up parts for my breast pump that i got there, and asked if they had a size 18 flange, because the standard 20 and above do not fit me. I was told by him that spectra does not make those. I tried to explain that the lady at my first visit(which was great) when i picked up the actual pump and parts, told me that, but had an off brand that fit spectra and included that in my bag. I was basically called a liar over and over. I recommended this place to friends, after my easy and helpful first visit, but after being talked down to, would not recommend to anyone. I added a picture to show the size 18 that i received from them in May(you can even see the #18), even though i was told "that is obviously not true" and "that i obviously got it somewhere else". Everything i have received for my pump has been from them. I am so disappointed in the way this interaction went.

They helped us get my wife’s breastfeeding pump. Staff were super helpful and they keep tons of pumps in stock. We were able to pick it up the very next day. They got it approved through insurance within an hour of us calling the first time.

Great local option for tattoo artists or permanent makeup artists! Always super helpful and I’m glad they asked for my license to ensure I was qualified to buy tattoo supplies. They also offer to print larger receipts for my tax purposes which is very nice of them to do!

Pro source medical is unable to bill your insurance company for the type of compression hose or compression stockings that they carry so if you are looking for compression hose or compression stockings you will have to go somewhere else

The People are usually able to help in anyway possible they carry top of the line Tattoo supplies and inks and after doing some research it's not much more then if I was to order it myself that's awesome spend a $ or 2 more and have it in my hands. Awesome thank you guys for being on point with up to date merchandise.
