“Doelyne office manager is very unprofessional and anyone that signs up for this propane make sure you know if you don’t check your mail they just randomly come through and top off your propane with no warning or heads up call, and then expect you to know it’s been topped off by one statement in the mail, which I never check and don’t actually call you until it’s 60 days later and they can collect interest on you. Terrible business practice and just be aware anyone that signs up with them to watch what you sign and know how they operate so if you can’t afford to get it topped off just know they will randomly do it and charge you. I have a card on file now, but just want others to be aware. First call the office manager will treat you like you’re in collections and never paid a bill before, just get ready for the rude unprofessional office manager. If I had a choice on propane companies it wouldn’t be this one ever again. Unprofessional and charge people bills with no warning or phone call.
The owner called me, very professional and can tell he really cares about his business and his customers. He apologized for how I was treated by the office manager and going forward he will take care of me and I appreciate the phone call from him.

“We dropped by to fill a few 20lb propane tanks. We received really helpful help very quickly and were on our way. I think this might have also been the best price we've paid for propane refills too!”
“I just stopped by there because when I was little I remember my mother getting her tank filled at a place like this. The price is cheaper than an exchange, they fill your tank to fill capacity (the exchange at the stores aren't full) the team is friendly and the best part is they sell cuts of meat. Just bought a quarter brisket for $35 and has very little fat on it. I will be going back here for more than just propane/kerosene!”

“Didn't have one issue from start to finish. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. I didn't get the woman's name but she was nice. The man that helped Josh the manager was very kind and accommodating. I had to change my time to pick up the U-Haul because my leasing company screwed my paperwork up and didn't give me the code to get into my new house. There was no issue rescheduling and extending the time with uhaul. It is a little hard to get someone on the phone but I think that's because they are understaffed. There was only two people working there when I went in and they were super busy, but they did stop to help me and get me taken care of. I've done business with them twice now and have recommended a friend last month that used them as well, both of us are happy movers!”

“Margo was phenomenal. We came from CO to OKC to help my mother in law move to CO with us. We initially had a cargo trailer rented and our road trip took a little longer than expected and another U Haul dealership pretty much told us to kick rocks. Margo at this location though, was a life saver!! She quickly found us another cargo trailer at another location nearby, she was extremely helpful and such a joy to work with!”

“The staff that assisted me in Dallas Harry Hines and Northwest location was very friendly and professional with assistant in completing my one way reservation. The gentlemen who assisted me in Oklahoma City was also very friendly and professional. I have been using U-Haul for years and I have seen from previous reservation a marked improvement in the level of service and professionalism.”
