If I could give zero, I would. It's unfortunate because I have given them every chance under the sun. I could write 10 pages, but I'll save that for the BBB. Do not engage or give them any money up front (we are out thousands of dollars and they didn't run our product). I have not heard from them in over 2 months, after so many emails. They don't care that they affect your business. Please trust me, find another supplier. You will never be able to rely on delivery from PLS. They've had our money for a year.

Private Label Supplements provides a variety of different products to choose from, which is great for finding the right supplement for your needs. You can buy anything from soft-gels to capsules, powders, gummies and more. The quality of the product is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service has also been excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality supplements at an affordable price.

My experience working with PLS has been nothing but positive! Everyone was super knowledgable (especially Paul, Zack, Brittani and Rachel) and helped me create my first product line. In addition, the team was there every step of the way to explain all of the different processes including branding, manufacturing, and even checking to make sure my labels were FDA compliant. I wouldn't have been able to do it without their help! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I wish I could give them 0 stars, more than a year waiting for my order, more than 8 months waiting for a $5,000 refund because they doesn’t have the products. My next step will be going to the police to file a case for robbery and fraud. Since they “approved” my refund my emails and calls haven’t been answered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

OTR drivers: To back in the dock this is what I had to do. I backed in to the loading dock area but to actually to get into the door I ended up blind siding it to get the trailer lined up to the door and I slid the tandems back so the trailer wouldn't pivot much. Once I got the trailer in line of the door. I unhooked from the trailer so I can get the truck in line with the trailer lol. Very tight place to get into that one and only door next to the wall. It's good practice for drivers learning the job. Once in the door. Got loaded quick.
