Superb customer service I haven’t encountered at any other shop. Shuttle ride is very helpful, inspection model helps me prioritize repairs, and feel very well taken care of here.

The customer service is AMAZING! Literally the best repair shop I have ever been to. The lady Robynn at the front desk has excellent communication skills and is very detailed and informative. Not only does she know her job and does it well, she does it with a smile and is very pleasant! I will definitely continue to use their services and refer customers!

It's hard to find an honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced repair shop. But Smitty's Auto Repair has repeatedly earned my return business. Fortunately I don't often have car repair problems. But when I do, Smitty's is my go-to repair shop. They have always lived up to my expectations. They're good, honest people who do business the right way.

Getting my car repaired here was a pleasant experience: clean shop, fast, friendly service, and cookies! Please note that beyond my specific car problem, they gave a complimentary full auto inspection report with additional repair recommendations that we were free to follow, put off, or ignore. Shane is a 3rd-generation auto repair business owner from a well-respected family. His grandpa, my dad's friend, owned a shop in Muskogee, and his dad, my high school friend, owns a shop in Stillwater. BEST auto shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They treated me like family and surpassed my expectations every step of the way-- I called at the end of the business day and they got my car in the very next morning, Robynn was patient and knowledgeable (both on the phone and in person), their mechanic's write up was thorough, & when my car was ready to be picked up, they arranged a ride for me. My inspection also included a detailed digital report that was conveniently sent to me via text, which allowed me to review their findings from home before making any decisions about how to proceed. They even gave me cookies as a "Thank you" :) I will never go anywhere else in the city!

Priebe’s is by far the best auto repair shop, hands down. Every time I’ve gone I have experienced fantastic customer service, fair prices and great quality care on my vehicles. Priebe’s is hands down the only place to take your vehicles! Shane and Robin make you feel like family from the first phone call. They have a 5 year warranty on all work performed and they aren’t like every other place and do a bunch of work that you don’t need! See for yourself. Can't say I don't make mistakes twice but I did with this shop. What happened to customer service ? Lady at front desk was nice but hesitant in to letting me speak to a mechanic, I have basic knowledge of auto repair so it's not like I wouldn't know what he would be talking about and unless you're upper middle class I wouldn't recommend them they were unable to give me a quote to get my vehicle at least back on the road, it was like either they fix all the issues or nothing, for a lower middle class person like me money is tight. So unless you're loaded with money I would never recommend them

I'm going to share my experiences in detail because I have had several days to think.I hope this helps others make an informed decision.I initially considered giving this shop one star, but I bumped it up to two stars because of Shane's willingness to negotiate.However, even with that small positive, I strongly advise against choosing this mechanic shop due to a number of concerning issues.#1 Priebe's performed unauthorized work on my vehicle without obtaining any form of consent, be it written or verbal. This lack of consideration for the customer's approval is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.#2 Their prices for parts and labor are excessively high compared to other shops offering similar warranties. It's important to weigh the costs and benefits when considering repairs, and in this case, the expenses do not align with industry standards.They advertise a shuttle service but it's spotty, you'll want to confirm it is available ahead of time, the SA might not ask if you need help.They advertise they are a dealer alternative, but a dealer could do recall work and keeps written records!The charge 3% extra for cards, no matter if it is debit or credit. So you'll want to bring them a roll of pennies (I mean 100s).Although Priebe's does claim to provide good work and boasts a 5-year unlimited mile warranty, it's essential to take into account recent reviews from other customers.Many individuals have complained about communication issues, and what stands out in each case is the service advisor.To address these issues, it would greatly benefit Priebe's to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for obtaining authorization from customers before commencing any work.This simple step would enhance transparency and ensure that customers are fully informed and involved in the repair process.Given my experience, I will never return to Priebe's.I feel extremely disrespected by both the owner and the service advisor. While I did not explicitly call them liars, I have begun to strongly question their integrity and ethics.Further, I have sought opinions of other mechanics I know, and they have confirmed that the exorbitant costs for parts and labor at Priebe's do NOT make sense.Despite the shop's claims regarding their warranty and service, numerous customer experiences suggest otherwise.Considering all these factors, I strongly recommend exploring alternative options before choosing Priebe's.I have email proof and even considered going to small claims court. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and full-time student. I just needed my Jeep to quit misfiring, $2900 for injectors and spark plugs? Where is that normal?I had an extended warranty and they still wanted to charge me +$1600 after warranty paid the other portion. The only reason they get two instead of one star is because they came down a little on the price.Update: it's odd Shane was able to locate audio recordings for other customers but not for me. It is a good thing I stopped pursuing (not threatening) legal action, for you. Because you had no evidence. Because I didn't consent to work.

Whoever answers the phone needs to slow down. She was so excited to talk to someone on the phone she didn’t even give me time to talk and barely listened to what i had to say. I’m sure they have great service and i wanted to go with them but off the jump with that phone call NO WAY am i giving these people my time.
