Was called back by a few other staff members Britney and Joe. They worked the numbers and got me the deal I was looking for. A happy customer indeed. Bottled water and cookies were enjoyed by my daughters on this day. A satisfied Toyota owner!!! Hopefully everyone gets the same VIP treatment I got on round 2 of my visits to Post Oak. Questions reach out!

I got my DREAM car at Post Oak Toyota at the end of October. For such an expensive vehicle, my experience was so smooth!! I love my Toyota! Thank you Post Oak!

I wish I had read the reviews on your dealership before dealing with you. So many of these reviews were exactly how my experience went. I got home with a flash drive that contained 7 pages about my $500 trade in and not one page of my newly purchased vehicle. Isn't that a coincidence!! I hope people will read and heed the warning to not shop with Post Oak Toyota. I'm still waiting on my promised paperwork and my key to my car. They gave me only a broken key! YELP!!!!

This has to be one of the worst car dealerships I have had business with. I've had problems with my car ever since I bought it and had work done on it multiple times and it is currently broken down. They never return phone calls or messages, they have had my vehicle for nearly two months and I've had a hard time trying to get in contact with the car manager. I would never do business here again

If you want to be lied to, then Post Oak is the place for you! Have fun. Make any changes or requests in writing or you loose.

Do not waste your time here to try and sale them your car! They have ignorant people that handle that. I have 10k in upgrades and the guy that handles it told me that upgrades make no difference to the value of a vehicle! Lmaoooooooo!!! Like how dumb can someone actually be. Upgrades always make a difference. Especially when they are like mine are. Anywho when I told him he was dumb he told me good luck on getting my money back for them and lol - laughed. Sorry but he represents post oak and everyone should know about this.

I was mislead on multiple occasions, phone calls and emails haven't been returned, and one week in this has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I genuinely regret shopping with Post Oak Toyota.

No hassle is a lie in their moto. They lied to my face about where the car I was wanting to see was at, saying it was "coming in on the shipment", I have eyes I can see from online you've already had it on your lot and stuck all your Post Oak crap on it. They insult me with the originally offer for my trade in. Then when I expressed the price I wanted for it, hassled with me about it & wanting me to go through them for financing despite me having a pre approval, and not disclosing they weren't in the cuddle with my bank. Ran my credit 4 times, to try and match my interest rate, didn't disclose till papers were being signed that my loan wasn't through my bank, Bob, proceeded to get visibly aggravated with me over my displeasure with that AND snuck an over 1k up charge into my financing that was written as a ""service agreement"" I never saw any paper on a service agreement or have received anything like that beside their "Post Oak BS" that was priced 599, and when I noticed the price difference in the paper work I was rushed into signing because ""it's just docking fees and our post oak thing"". Don't go here, it's not worth the time, it's not worth the hassle, and if you do be prepared to argue with scummy car people!

First of all I went here to buy my first car and they laughed at me for not know what to do. Then when I was walking around they keep following me as I was looking at car saying I was being suspicious. I would just not just wast the time going here find a better place.

Feel like getting so screwed not even a screw driver can unscrew it. Shane lied about how much money I bring in monthly to get me approved for a vehicle that no Bank would ever approve me for on top of not selling the car at MSRP they added an extra 10,000 onto the loan for unnecessary stuff. Postoak is the reason why people have trust issues buying new cars from car dealerships 100%. Don't recommend doing business with them unless you like to get screwed and taken advantage of.

We had the most courteous salesman; his name was Useph - a real standup guy! Everyone there earned our trust, and we were confident they were a reputable dealership.

Let me start off by saying this location is definitely one of the best Toyota experiences I've ever came across. I live out of state, I took a flight from Texas to OKC to buy a vehicle, the experience was perfect and my salesman was great. Make sure you ask for Cameron for sales. Hamilton the manger was amazing in answering questions for us quickly and my financial manager Shane got us out the door fast. They all deserve a shoutout and raise. They all worked by my side to make this deal happen when it felt out of reach in my city. My salesmen picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership! Overall a great experience, we'll definitely come back and do business with them again! GREAT people! Love the city I recommend this toyota location and this team if you're looking for a good deal on a new car.

Guys, if you see a lot of bad reviews for this dealership, please do yourself a favor and AVOID this dealership. I had a good credit score, and contacted them and Jas Moydell from Guest Service said they were flexible and my credit score could get me a vehicle that I wanted. So she sent me a link to apply for financing. Talked on the phone with her and set up a test drive the same day. Got to the dealership and was greeted by Chris (sales Director), guys mind you, this is a sales director. I told him I had already applied online thru Jas' link that she sent earlier that day. He said "it doesn't work that way" so this was the FIRST red flag. I said okay, sat down filled the same form on paper. So during filling out the paper, he asked me what car I was wanting, and I told him the specifics. This dude told me it's not there. But the pics were of the same place and decided to persuade me that I should get this other car that had over 100,000+ mileage and the vehicle I wanted had only 70,000+ mileage on it. Man, that was the SECOND red flag because not only did Jas scheduled me to come test drive the car I wanted, but this dude lied to my face that it wasn't there after I had driven around and seen it parked outside. This dude went in and out, helped other customers while we were waiting for my financing to be approved, took us two hours mind you, and came back to tell me that I had to put down $10,000 or find a co-signer. Bro, my credit score dropped due to triple inquiries. I was upset but that didn't change my character. I thanked the gentleman for his time, gave me his business card, and I walked out with no vehicle and now a poor credit. If this name JAS MOYDELL contacts you, DO NOT REPLY AND FILL OUT ANY FORM FROM HER. And AVOID Chris (SALES DIRECTOR). Guys, find another dealership cause these two just messed up my finances. I promise there's better dealership than Post Oaks Toyota. I defied the bad reviews but man, THEY WERE NOT LYING. this ain't it, I'm surprised they're still running operations after the majority of the reviews are poor. All in all, they will cater to anyone who puts down thousands of $$$ than to prioritize good credit.

This is an example of how the service department works at Post Oak Toyota! Called and made my appointment for 8am, got a confirmation text saying it was 2:30pm, called to confirm and ask why, didn't get a reason. So I drive there in person after work to be told a mechanic changed it for "some unknown reason", then reassured it is at 2:30pm. I specifically said "I don't want my husband to show up at 2:30 and you guys say he missed his appointment." It looks like if I didn't wake up when I did we would have missed it anyways! No one is on the same page here!! DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SO FAR!!!!!!! Had the car for 1 year, had to have the engine replaced (thankfully we had the warranty!) and after almost every free oil change we have another issue. Can not wait for this to be over!!
