David was a great salesman and assisted me and my buddys after close to see a Macan, taycan, and even went in the back to find us a Panamera to look at. Josh is also great to work with and very accommodating at the service department. . The snack bar is also the best in any dealership. As a dealer myself, this is one of my favorite dealerships to work with.

Service center is an absolute nightmare. Horrible communication. I've had to take my car in multiple times for the same issue they supposedly fixed, then they keep my car for weeks at a time and are impossible to get hold of. They don't answer or return calls. We've had to go up in person after 2 1/2 weeks and they give a bunch of excuses. Absolute awful service center.

I've bought a lot of cars, but have never had an easier, smoother transaction. Scott Corman was fantastic at showing me all I need to know about owning and driving a 911. A shout-out to Eric Dreiling and Ryan DeToro as well. The passion that of all three of them have for their product is evident in how Porsche-centric the culture of this dealership is. Amazing experience that matches quality of the cars they sell.

Bob Moore Porsche did an amazing job getting me back on the road and handling my issues! I travel a ton and work on the road/ live on the road with my 2013 Porsche Cayenne S. Traveling through Oklahoma my alignment became concerningly off. I contacted Bob Moore Porsche and was put through to Ryan the GM. Ryan told me to come through whenever i could and that he would have his techs take a look at the car for me and help me diagnose my issue. Upon meeting Ryan in person i was greeted by everyone in the dealership with a smile and amazing customer service. Ryan personally made sure my car was in great hands and i was offered amazing customer service. They even ordered me lunch for free while i waited! My car was aligned and the problem was promptly found and fixed and i was back on the road! Throughout the whole process i was treated like a family member and not just "another customer" like most dealerships. Turly amazing customer service from the top down! i cannot say enough good things about Bob Moore Porsche, if you need service done on your car and want to make sure its done correctly while treating you right, come here!

Service review only.
It’s brutal to get my car scheduled for service. It feels like they literally staff only a technician and no service advisors. I’ve been trying to get my car in for service for 2 weeks now and it’s just a lot of empty lines.

Jackson took great care of us. He's a true car enthusiast who's extremely knowledgeable about everything Porche. He took his time with us and put absolutely no pressure on us to hurry a purchase decision. He has our highest recommendation. My wife love's her new Macan!
Also, Nick Combs in the Finance Department is exceptional! He explained all our options to us, pros and cons, was very patient and didn't pressure us at all. We couldn't be more grateful for his exceptional service!

Fantastic customer service. I only wish they had more inventory, but given how well they treat customers, I will either wait and buy my new Porsche from them or purchase out of state and go to them exclusively for service. Thanks guys!
