Hey guys!I was there at the store on Sunday and bought a short. However, they forgot to remove the security tag. The one that makes a sound. I live in Lawton and don't plan on returning to OKC anytime soon. How can we solve this problem?

Nice store just wish that the associates would not hound the customers so much. I could not really shop in peace nor enjoy my own experience. I don't know if that is the managers doing but I was so annoyed. That is the main reason people would rather shop on-line, if people need you we would find you.

Will never do another online order from the store again..I still haven't gotten 3 different times and dates to when it will be delivered. Now it's saying it doesn't have a date at this time and I can't speak with an actual person only amachine...I have no idea when it will arrive and not even ups can give me any info...total let down,,way to fumble the ball polo

Was very interested in an item but they did not have my size. They offered to order the item with free shipping. Upon the arrival of the item it was the wrong color. Called the store and the young lady who answered was very snarky after I explained I was sent the wrong item she immediately got defensive and said “It’s not our fault!” I did not appreciate her tone nor did was I pointing fingers for her to get so defensive. When I told her I was done talking to her she put me in hold ver an extensive time then the “manager” picked up the line and “could not hear me” and disconnected the call.
