Friendly staff, great gym. It's a little cramped sometimes. It often seems like there's a lack of space for floor exercises. When equipment is in need of repairs it often happens quickly. I miss going to a gym that has group classes sometimes but overall I'm pretty satisfied with PF. My only other complaint is the same one I've had for ages... I dislike that they want a checking account for the auto-bill (like it's the 1980s). Let me pay how I want! I do get around this by paying early with a credit card so the autobill never hits.

Great place. Chris and Isaiah are incredibly nice and welcoming. I'm a beginner and they were happy to answer every question that I asked. Even at 5:30 in the morning. The machines and showers are always clean. Thanks team!

Gregarious staff, one of the most beautiful and well-kept Planet Fitness facilities in the Oklahoma City area. I'm often willing to go a fair stretch out of my way to attend this particular gym

I don’t know what this language barrier with people in their 20’s, but they are extremely rude. The girl working the counter with black hair barely in her 20’s just lost about 12-14 memberships for PF. I would probably retrain people that will be interacting with the public.Acting ignorant isn’t cute, do better.

The front desk guys were so encouraging to me today! Like the no judgement! I feel judged in other gyms due to my size but feel welcomed at my gym here!!!

By far, Planet Fitness on S. Western Ave. in Oklahoma City is the best Planet Fitness in the whole city. It’s super clean, and all the staff there are like very kind and make me feel like I wanted to keep coming back. I even talked w the manager DeAndre and he’s amazing. I wish all planet fitnesses could be like this one!

After my friend let me go as a guest and I seen what it was like I got a membership and I picked the more expensive one because I knew if I'm paying more I will use it to my full advantage. Well this place is now my new favorite place to be. I started off rough but after a few weeks and results from the workouts I'm definitely hooked on the Gym

Very clean gym the staff that work here are polite informative, always cleaning and walking around meeting the members they want you to feel like home. I highly recommend this gym for all who walk through the doors

Deandre the manager, very unprofessional. Clearly has a power trip from his little manager position. Really don’t appreciate his attitude towards members for example calling people out to wipe down a tread mill after a 10 min light walk no sweat dripping or anything. Obnoxious

Very nice customer service. Greated me by name. Very welcoming. The equipment was a mixture of old and new and the had no temp lockers. Really great location. Bring a lock.
