Went in to buy a snail. Asked an employee but he was too busy setting up a display for dog clothes. Asked another employee and he rolled his eyes and was too tired to help. Stood at the fish area and waited for someone to help, 10 minutes later, I left and went to PetSmart and they were very helpful!! Won't be going back to Petco again!!!

I get my little Chuchacha.nails done..All the ladies are really helpful. They get my appointments real fast. Like to mention Micheal, is so helpful to my questions for my pet..shows me to where, I need to get things..
I get great savings. On everything in the store.
