Eddie Gaines permed my hair and burned it terribly. I had huge bald spots in my head. It all fell out in my hands. I called and told him it was falling out by the hand full, and asked him for a refund. He said NO REFUNDS, but I could come back in for treatments. I would never sit in that chair again! If I could give him a zero I would!
