I bought tires on Dec. 23rd. When I drove home after installation I noticed a vibration that wasn't there before the installation. I contacted Pep Boys and told them about the vibration and the person I talked to said that the vibration was likely indicating that I needed an alignment. I brought my truck back the following weekend to have the alignment checked and the tech told me that the alignment wasn't far enough out of spec to cause any sort of vibration and suggested that the tires needed rebalanced. I had them rebalance the tires and when I went to get my keys, the manager wanted to charge me for the rebalance. No one mentioned that there would be a charge for the rebalance, and I wasn't happy with the suggestion that I should have to pay for one since the whole reason to have them rebalanced was because the tires were brand new and I had a vibration that started after the installation of the tires. The manager barely let me finish my sentence explaining why I didn't think I should have to pay for a rebalance before he cut me off and said that he'll just delete the charge and moved on. I wasn't happy with the treatment, but as I wasn't having to pay for the rebalance, I went ahead and left. Unfortunately the vibration is still there and I have no confidence that Pep Boys has any interest in finding out what is the cause. I will not be going back to Pep Boys again.

They did a 9 minute inspection that clearly stated on the website. It takes 45 minutes to do mind you. They call me back and told me that. The only thing wrong with my car was I needed tires. And I'm going to pick my car reckon and pull the manager to the side and show them one thing clearly visibly wrong with my car, which is a snapped cable by my gearshift so. A $100 inspection I have to pay for that didn't get done.

Aaron was nice and friendly; however, my appt was at 12:30. I got there a little before. The app said I would be done around 1:15, then it changed to 2:45 a little while in. I didn't leave until 3 o'clock. I had finally went to ask what when my car would be done. My cars standard tire is 225/65r17. They put on 225/55r17. No one mentioned this to me. I noticed it on my paperwork when I got home. I won't go back.

Excellent service and follow up contact. They had a pretty amazing selection of tires AND cheaper than the competition. I got 4 wheels mounted and 4 new tires installed and balanced for a LOT - and I mean hundreds - lower. Aron was super helpful as well. I hope you have just as great an experience as I did!

If I could give negative stars I would. We took my car in for new tires. It was pretty quick only about 45 minutes to an hour. Once we got the car we drove it and the wheel came off. We checked the other tires and NONE of them were tight. It looks like the stripped the studs and the lug nuts. Not only that but there is one tire that is not the same as the other 3. Apparently Aidan had known they were loose but let us leave anyways without saying anything. We called them the next day and they towed our car and said they would fix everything. This was on a Saturday. We called and would keep calling multiple days but Aidan didn't want to answer our calls or keep us informed. Finally the NEXT Saturday we called him and he said it will be ready Sunday. We call him Sunday and he ignores our call, doesn't call back. We call Monday he says it will be ready at 6. We get there at 6 and it's not ready. Nobody in the shop know what's going on. They blame him and he blames them. We said fine whatever they say it will be done Tuesday for sure. We go in Tuesday and it's ready. We check the tires this time and realize 3 of the 4 tires only have 4 lug nuts when we have them 20 lug nuts to put on. Apparently Aidan messed them up and just said "oh well" and I guess they all just assumed we wouldn't look and just accept it as is. At this point it's just stupid dealing with pep boys, but they say if we go buy lug nuts from o reilly they will reimburse us. So we do and they put them on. Arron was the only person who seemed to even care about taking care of us. We will never be going back there, especially if Aidan is still working there.

After making an appointment online, there was no delay! Aiden helped us out and he couldn't have been more friendly and informative! We did not spend 1/2 as much as expected and our brakes are superb! I will definitely return to see Manny, Moe and Jack!!!

Overall my experience with this location was great. They were able to get my car fixed quickly and the manager, Aaron, was very helpful along the way. I'll definitely be suggesting this location to anyone needing car repairs, maintenance, or tires.
