We waited 2 hours for a truck that was supposed to be ready to go, arriving 2 hours after we set it up… waited for them to clean. Still wondering what they cleaned. The last pic is my fav. We’re supposed to put our stuff in here and sleep here. It’s frankly appalling. The last pic should be an apology, not pride

The truck that was rented out to me had its tags expired for 5 months. Didn’t know until we got pulled over. Had to unload everything on the highway because they were going to impound the truck. Had to quickly find a truck to move everything because Penske didn’t have any. Terrible customer service. Not once did they offer an apology that day. They were more concerned about figuring out where their truck got impounded. I was denied a discount and compensation. You’re better off going to Enterprise, MHC, or even U-Haul.Edit: just called that 1(800) number they provided and got hung up on. Don’t even bother with Penske.

Courteous and quick. No complaints. Nothing else to really share. It’s a truck place, mostly dealing with service and repair of leased 18-wheelers. Small driver’s lounge available, as well as a truck wash bay, but generally only open during office hours as they have an attendant that washes your truck for you!

Had to take truck in for repair with about 24 hour notice. They got me right in and were able to get it fixed within a few hours. I hope someone from this specific location sees this because I have something very pertinent to ask. Would be happy to communicate via email or whatever us convenient.

The men were super nice...the inside was clean an smelt like it was just washed... ONLY trust Penske to move our stuff... thank you guys keep up the good work

Have rented out from this location numerous of times and they bumped our bill from $600 to $800. We spoke to someone on Friday explaining that we couldn’t drop off our rental due to the fact my husband and I were too sick to drive. Whoever we talked to advised us that it’s not best to drop off our van because there’s no way they will be held liable for it being turned in after hours. And then we dropped it first thing this morning and was charged for the weekend when they were closed. I don’t understand why they have to overcharge us when we confirmed with them when we were dropping it off. Never go to this location.

Ok! Listen up. It's as simple as this. If you choose UHAUL, you will regret it. We had a long haul across the whole country and every step Penske helped us when we needed help. When Uhaul screwed us around for weeks, Penske actually provided a truck... when they said they would. Penske's guarantee is actually worth their pledge. I got half way across the country (which is why this review is in OK), and realized that I had screwed up royally. Dealing with Penske over the phone was... alright, they wanted to help but were hog-tied by bureaucracy and red tape. Then they put me in touch with this actual Penske and the big guy just sorted me right out, no worries, no problems, he just fixed my mistake and inconvenienced me not a single bit. He could have charged me all kinds of fees and had me jump through all kinds of hoops, because they had me over a barrel. They didn't do that, they just did the right thing. I was over tired and embarrassed with my mistake and couldn't keep my head screwed on straight, and J.T. Murphy took great care of me and his competence and confidence set me at easy and sent me on my way. These are good people. Full Stop.
