When I say this was the best experience I’ve ever had working with someone about my fiancé’s engagement ring, it would be an understatement. The service, amount of care and detail, and the sheer level of expertise is more than worth the price. I needed our engagement ring sized up and he had us fixed up within less than an hour. Amazing guy, the most talented he was able to guess my ring size just by looking at my hand. 10 stars absolutely trust him with any and all jewelry needs.

Penn Jewelers is such a gem! I am so pleasantly surprised at the level of service i got here. I wont go anywhere else. Glen resized and cleaned up my wedding ring and did such a beautiful (and same-day!) job. He is hilarious and really just a lovely person. If you need a jeweler, absolutely support this small business! The city needs more places like this. ❤️

I can’t Thank Penn Jeweler’s/Mr. Nickelberry enough for my custom piece. He did such an amazing job. The craftsmanship is the best I have ever seen. He took my design and created something special. He is knowledgeable, helpful and makes great recommendations. It’s hard to find small businesses with just good old fashion customer service any more but Penn Jeweler’s has delivered. My custom piece was made in about 3 weeks. Such a quick turn around. Thanks again Penn Jeweler’s I will be back??

So I went in because of all the reviews I read on google and when I tell you it’s all true it is. He had my ring all of about 30 minutes and he was calling me telling me my rings were ready. He did an excellent service. Thank you so much for the resize on my rings. I recommend you go see him for your jewelry needs.

Mr. Glen is the best! I had accidentally bend and broke a 22 K bangle that he fixed it to perfection. I had taken the bangle to multiple places to get it fixed and they were unable to do so. But he had it fixed and ready the next morning! He also repaired a 18 K necklace as well as a 24 K bracelet that was broken. He is very quick and will communicate what he will do and how does it to repair the jewelry! Honestly the best and so trustworthy!

Glen at Penn Jewelers is wonderful! Best ring repair in OKC. I was a little hesitant to go in because of the location of his shop, but I tried it anyway. Upon walking in Glen made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I will be coming back with all my jewelery repair and design needs. I would recommend Penn Jewelers to anyone!

Well Glen was super nice and friendly. I brought in my chain that needed a new clasp was told it would be ready by the end of the day. I show up at 4:30 to find it closed. So today, I returned and picked it up. $45 to replace a clasp!! Plus 8 gallons of gas counting yesterday’s round trip to attempt in picking it up when the store was closed. Life happens but communication is key. However, to be billed $45 for a clasp is a bit expensive for sterling silver.
Seeings reviews from folks have rings resized and in and out for under that amount. Sheeshhh.

Glen is the epitome of a master jeweler! He has worked his magic with repairing many of my rings that other jewelers wouldn't have even attempted. The result was sheer perfection, and his prices are always super reasonable! He cares about producing quality work, and always strives to meet and exceed your expectations. Phenomenal local business and owner. I came in this afternoon to have my new wedding ring I bought at an estate sale cleaned and resized. It was ready 30 minutes later and it was perfect! Don't waste your time at BC Clarks. If you want it done right the first time at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.
