Amazing. My boyfriend got a bike from them and they are awesome! The people and the bike! They were super helpful and answered our questions and they helped us get financed. The warranty and service being available is awesome. And as far as the bike itself-if we haven't bought one, I would definitely do the rental! They're so much fun and fully electric so you can pedal or just use the throttle and go. Tons of fun. Check them out.

This place is great! My husband and I wanted to try a couple of e-bikes out and set up a rental here. They were super friendly and showed us how to use them. We rented them for half a day and had a blast. I would highly recommend!

Padego— what a great experience! From the moment we walked in, greeted and chatted with us about the e-bike functions and off we went! We completed rode full loop around the Lake Hefner. Easy ride, nothing strenuous at all.Overall 10/10 experience!

I live in Lubbock TX, and OKC is the closest Pedego dealer. My wife had an issue with her bike throttle not working, and Lance King was able to give me pointers to troubleshoot the issue. I was able to eliminate the throttle and eliminate the braking system as the culprit. Turns out my wife changed a setting in the controller, and it was simple to fix. Lance saved me a 5 hour drive each way by giving me some basic troubleshooting tips. Outstanding service.

The owner was wonderful and took me for a ride to help me get comfortable on my new e-bike. He then delivered it to me personally the same day. I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes!!!

Lance spent a lot of time with us answering question after question. We were going to come back to pick up my new bike the next day but Lance delivered it to us—after hours on a Sunday evening! Now that’s service!
