The nasty attitude from the cashiers at this store is unmatched. Literally community thrift across the street are 1000x nicer then them. And they’re the same corporation. What’s the deal? They make that store soo unattractive and undesirable to go to.

This thrift store is amazing. They always have cheap deals, especially on shoes!!! They have 4 locations! They have savings cards.. they have big t-shirt bags for around $3.95 with a mix of women’s, men’s, and children’s clothes, that I personally love to get! I love this place!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. ? Let me start in short by saying, just DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I’ve been coming here for years, sad to say it’s gone very downhill. Came in today, found a few items, I asked if a item behind the counter was for sale, the worker said yes, when I went to checkout with the same item, the worker said there was no tag on it so it wouldn’t be for sale. I told the manager I’d pay any price, whatever they said they needed to price it at! Apparently, they have to take it behind the doors in back to be able to write a price on the tag. The pen doesn’t work up front. LOL. Very RUDE customer service. Don’t give a customer an item, state its for sale, then not make it right at the register. Sad that basic customer service skills aren’t taught now a days. :(( ❤️ safe to say as a OFTEN customer, I won’t be spending ANY more money here! REPLY: It’s truly sad you support your employees RUDE behavior and attitude. I’d appreciate and be much more understanding to someone who knows how to speak to other people. YOUR worker accused ME of popping the tag off. Which I think is hilarious. Sounds like they didn’t do their job to begin with. ??♀️ I guess it’s my fault and I get bad customer service because you guys don’t do your job? Teach your employees how to speak to customers like customers. LOL. Your employees roll eyes and sigh when a customer asks them to actually do anything. ? (I offered 10$ for a 2$ t shirt. COME ON YALL. This a thrift store or not? ?) I can understand your “fair pricing policy” but what’s the policy on being a pos to customers? ❤️ Have a great day! ?

I use to love going here cause i always found clothes and cheap but after today i will neeveer go again! I was at the cashier paying and while the cashier was putting the prices in he ripes the price off some pants i got just cause some girl that works their wanted them this is the 3rd time this happens to me and for them to say it dont have a price when i clearly saw he ripped it out is awful YALL NEED NEW EMPLOYES!!! And WHO DNT RIP PRICES CAUSE A WORKER WANTS IT!!! hope i get a reply back!!

I bought some tile from this place when I went to pickup after paying for it there turn around and sold it to someone else and would not refund money or give store credit I don't recommend buying from this store they don't keep there word for ur information I think u guys need to keep ur word she was ran out because of bad weather just because she was told to come Monday does not give right to resail after paid for as long as there's a receipt of proof there should not be an issue with refund even if item was resold we work so its not always when u guys say to pick up this store is not trust worthy with customers WARNING TO THOSE WHO SHOP AT THIS STORE BE CAREFUL WITH THERE SAILS !!

I have been shopping at this store for years, over the weekend I think my 5 grandkids with me to pick up toys we may have been in the store maybe 15 mins or so as we where checking out the security guard was seated across from the register and was gestering towards the cashier several times she was very friendly and was unaware I politely advised him that all of the items had been paid for as she was handing me a receipt. We are a African American family I In all my many years shopping here I have never seen such racism ?

What a great place to look ? for treasure ?... Clothes shirts ? pants ?... Good shape. Stella loves to "treasure hunt". I found a lot of cute stuff. Holiday decor that is so cute! Rosa found some little wicker baskets she's using for ?️ trash receptacles. Stella scored on a potato ? ?️ head! Like the ? potato head container is a potato head!

I wouldn't even leave 1 star If it was possible.. They started a sale 75% off green tag sale. I thought hey, we will get some good deals right? Until we seen 4-5 workers throughout the store pulling all green tag items off the shelves & clothes racks.. We turned around and walked out. Dont bother shopping here. Not if you expect to find any green tags for their sale... Thats shady!!!!

I used to love this store until they got new owners and hired security who treats you like a criminal and follows you around the store like a vulture. Shopping is supposed to be a fun and beautiful experience. Not even Walmart or more expensive stores invade privacy or treat their customers as if they were criminals. It's not pleasant at all. I'm not coming back. If they lose more clients it is because of this poor treatment.

Bought a pair of shoes to mow in, didn't realize they were too small. Went back in the store 5 minutes later to swap for a different pair at the same price. Was told no exchanges lol weak customer service and terrible policies. Will not return.

Great finds here to be had. Well maintained, managed with care. Friendly service. I use their loyalty card, I recommend. Wonderful place. I enjoy buying rewards for my students. They love the stuffed animals and toys.

Just an awful store with an extremely rude manager. Barely anything on the shelves. The worst part? No public restroom on the weekends. I have a health issue which suddenly hit me while I was in the store. I barely made it to the grocery store next door.

I love this thrift store. I drive down from Tulsa about once a month to come here. Very good prices and big selection of items.
