“Convenient location and friendly staff. Jacob was helpful when my husband and I were picking out paint cards and when we came back to buy the paint. I bought several gallons of various colors but they were out of one gallon I needed. However, Jacob found the paint I needed at the Nichols Hills store and asked Aaron there to hold it for me. Jacob even carried all the paint to my car for me. I will definitely come back to this location and highly recommend them!”

The kid helping us didn't want to stay off his phone long enough to help us.. so went to the store on western and everybody in there was great and very helpful. “This was the first time I have purchased paint from SW. I actually bought the paint online and picked it up in the store. I spoke to Joe, the manager, several times asking questions about different paints and brushes for my new, bare wood kitchen cabinets. He has always been very professional. After picking up my paints, I have been back several times over the next two months to get my paint shaken. All my subsequent visits, the staff have been pleasant to deal with. I really don't have anything negative to say. The store looked clean with plenty of parking outside. I bought a total of 6 gallons but only used 3. I brought 3 back (about 2 months later) and they took them back without hesitation or problems. Of course, the 3 gallons were unopened/used and my paint color was stock white. I would definitely come back if I needed more paint in the future.”
“Fantastic service! I took back a paint that I had chosen without any consultation. It was such an awful color. I figured maybe they could just donate it to someone else. Instead, they worked very hard to mix it further to get it to a color I could live with. He also gave me options to consider if it doesn’t work out. So patient and helpful. You just don’t get service like that anywhere.”

“This is the only store in the United States of America that I know of that will take the time to to explain and also correct any calculations that may be off on a product of these people since 2011 when me and my wife first started building quality 1 renovations LLC looking back over years I have decided that I'm going to recommend this company to my upper management from horizon retail construction whenever my boys come in to get a job done they don't want a second hand store like Lowe's or home Depot anymore because this simply like this if I had a Jamaican impression or do a job a damn sure wouldn't want to have to show up twice once you have made a good impression you will not have to make naval recommend you just buy the quality of the paint and the workmanship that you put into it this is the best company that I know in the United States of America”
