Flawless service made the whole experience painless and seamless. Accommodated all my needs. Changed my view about purchasing from a dealership. TK was my sales guy and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and even made sure I got my garage door opener back when I left in my new truck. Top class service!

I expect to get the car sales treatment. Only giving a monthly payment, showing monthly payment higher than what price and interest rate show, telling me they can only get me approved for __ rate until I'm about to leave.
What I don't expect is to have what I would say was 99% known lies. Told me they'd "fix" what was wrong before we left and after we signed. Probably was it was at 5 on a Saturday and they knew their service team left at 2 or 2:30.
Told us they'd swap the wheels if someone didn't come back and buy the other vehicle in the next two hours. Car "sold" but was on their website for a full week.
Tried contacting my sales person, the used car manager, a GSM at another Orr dealership in OKC and a higher up I found contact info for. No responses from anyone.
My suggestion is to steer clear from ALL Orr dealerships if you can help it. The car I bought may end up being an ok purchase, but nothing about the day or interaction or lack of response since makes me believe this is a trustable dealership. Too many places out there that will live up to their word!

I went in to test drive an altima only. After driving, they were so eager to sell me the car we went in for, but we did not want it as we could tell someone had smoked in the car. Then they brought out another car that was most of what I wanted and again were eager to sell the car. After informing them that we are waiting to purchase, they kept pressing. Every concern I mentioned, they said they would take care of it. Even allowed us to take the car home for a few hours while they ran the official paperwork to get us approved. We went ahead and purchased the car as it was the best choice at this time. There has not been one person to call to see how we like the car even though they were supposed to. I have noticed one head light is slightly out of place which raises some concerns that there may have been damage to the car at some point. After about 2 weeks, I got a call from the finance guy that my license was expired and needed to be taken care of for the bank to officially approve it all. So they were so quick to push us to buy that no one even realized or check this. Today is now 7 weeks after buying the car and I received paper work in the mail to “register” the car but it also includes an application for the title. I paid a document fee for Orr to take care of the document. If you are looking for a new car, go to BOB MOORE INSTEAD!

UPDATE: Not even an hour after this review was posted, I was contacted and told they would now take the car back and refund my down payment as well as repairs & allow us out of the loan. Funny how it took 2 weeks of me waiting on my original check & the mgr saying he couldn't do anything about it or do anything to speed the process up for my refund but the day I post a review and tell them I'm calling news outlets & seeking legal action, mysteriously all my money was now ready to pick up the same day within 30 minutes so they could "wash there hands" of this deal. This just confirms that I was being strung along, lied to and played with during the process.
- Would give 0 star rating if I could. I bought a vehicle on less than a month ago & have had nothing but issues since. 3 days after buying the car, it broke down. I took it in for service that Monday just for the car to sit in the same spot I dropped it off in 3 days prior. Vehicle hadn’t been checked in or touched for service. Fast forward, my car was supposed to be repaired by that Friday and they failed to do so, so we were given permission to make the repair and they would reimburse us for the repair. $1,400 & 2 weeks later, I’m still waiting on a reimbursement check. The level of un professionalism I’ve received during this whole ordeal has been appalling. As I was expressing my frustration & concerns to the manager, he told me to “tone it down” as if I’m his child or wife. Imagine buying a car, 3 days later it breaks down and you’re out $3k with the repair and down payment combined then the manager tells you to “tone it down”. Absolutely insane. I shouldn’t have to tell managers to call or text customers back that they owe money to. I was left on read multiple times, no calls back etc. if I don’t get my money asap I’ll be going to the news outlets & seeking further action because this is ridiculous. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car here to take your money somewhere else where you’ll be appreciated & treated with respect.
