My salesman was wonderful! Absolutely wonderful. Ryan Wheeler. Had such a good experience with him. He answered my questions. Gave me keys to what I asked for and was straight forward on everything he said. Exactly the level of customer service I wanted.. I came back the next day to finish the purchase due to financing at my bank. Ryan was unable to be there so he had Will Jackson get me taken care of. I will give him 5 stars too. Very kind. The reason I am only leaving three stars is because of the finance guy I met with. I don’t remember his name. But when you are sitting on the red couches his office was down on the left. Middle aged white guy. I wish I could just leave a one star. But like I said. My salesman was 5 stars. He kept trying to slide in all the extra warranties even though we told him from the beginning we would only pay for the truck and a doc fee. And then he got mad when I caught him slipping in all the extra warranties without telling me and just expecting me to sign them. Then after I tell him no and he redoes the paperwork then he goes at it again saying he’s gonna buy down my interest rate to do me a favor and that savings will pay for the warranties. Again we said we were gonna walk out if he didn’t stop the BS. Then he manages to sign me up for a third party payment service called smart pay. He made it seem like I had to. My loan is through my bank. I can just pay the payment in the app. That part was definitely not fun. I was able to email smart pay and canceled the service. So beware of that. It may be ok for some people. But I didn’t appreciate it.
I love the truck I bought. It’s so nice. 2021 Frontier SV Midnight. I’m happy with the truck so far.
I think the problem is much bigger than the finance manager as this is not an isolated experience. I just hate that they are incentivized to sell you unnecessary things and they will say whatever they want to bully or convince you. Or just hope you don’t look at what you’re signing too closely. Which is why they pressure you to just sign sign sign. Maybe handle everything over the phone and email and then just pick up the vehicle to avoid that.

Honestly would have given it a five, but their standards have dropped. The employees looked board and pay little attention to the customers. Add to that they allow not only their customers but also their employees to VAPE in the building. If I wanted to have that sicky sweet disgusting smell stuck to me, I would vape. Vapeing should be treated as smoking. Keep it outside.

Love this place, came back after having bought from Fenton in 2017. ORR is a whole new ballgame! Great service, the TEAM, worked to help us get the vehicle we wanted on the day we had available. We didn't spend all day getting the deal done. It took as long as it took, but it was butter smooth, and we didn't feel pressured. Definitely recommend.

I needed a car asap and within probably 10minutes of texting with the salesman, Colton, I was approved and able to meet him at the dealership with keys ready to go! We took it on a test drive……annnndd the car was so clean, beautiful, and MORE than I expected!!!! The financing process was simple, easy, and at affordable monthly rates. I’m usually a socially awkward person but walking through the buying process, everyone was so nice, explained things to me clearly, and I really appreciate the staff for sure. I would def buy from them again cause WOW OH WOW! ????????

My family came through OKC while on a long road trip this weekend. We had some trouble with our NV 3500 family van and were glad to be able to find a Nissan service/dealer close by.
Our van was checked out quickly, the issue was diagnosed and corrected and we were back on the road much sooner than expected.
Huge shout out to Krissy and the service for all their help!!!

We had a wonderful experience at orr Nissan east. Our salesman was will jackson and he was fantastic! He really made sure we understood everything every step of the way. Treated us like friends instead of just another customer!!! He was honest and caring, which you don't find many places nowadays!!! I would definitely recommend the dealership and if you can talk to will Jackson.
