This O’Reilly location was great given that it’s near our house. The parts people were informative and were able to find what I was looking for. They even offered me details on certain parts and how they work in a car.
Overall I’m very happy to revisit this place another time for any other car issues.

Can I just say my always go to it's this place. Quick, workers knowledgeable and friendly. New wiper blades for my son's suv.. discount on them and he walked out and put them on to show him how it's done. Great customer service!

Had purchased a battery for my car, it went bad and was under warranty. They were out of the original battery I had purchased, so they replaced it w a different type. Supposed upgrade, this battery is now dead, (5/23) sticker but since this battery isn’t showing up in the “system” they will not exchange it. Last battery I will ever buy from them, apparently this is a common issue with them. Went to REVOLT BATTERY EXCHANGE and paid half w a warranty!

Wonderful place if you want to be treated like your situation is not important. The manager would rather leave me stranded than to warranty out a $400 battery that is apparently dead. Great way to care about the people who actually do spend their hard earned money in your locations. I will never give you guys another dime of my money and definitely recommending everyone I know somewhere else.

These guys are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My Dad always used this store when needed to service our family vehicles in one way or another and now I do the same with my family.

I just want to thank Alex and Lisa for being so helpful and friendly. I purchased a new battery 2 weeks ago at a different store and I kept having issues with it. Every time I tried taking it back so they can test it they said it was all good. I decided to reach out to the Rockwell store and sure enough, they did what they could to solve the issue. I recommend this store if you’re looking for good customer service!

AWESOMENESS!!Jason helped me right away... He was friendly efficient and very informative?. He explained the error codes that ? that caused my check "engine light" to come on.It's so intimidating when a ? light comes on in my ? that shouldn't...I'm glad I can come here and know I'll be treated like a valued customer..... It's no wonder the parking lot was full and EVERYONE was being helped! ?..
