They gave me the Wrong brake pads. After I put away all my tools put my car back together with the old parts so I could drive to return my wrong part only to have some girl give me attitude. Took me twice as long as it should have. Why does she have attitude, I'm the one that is put out not her. No apology no nothing. Will make apparent that I don't want Har waiting on me next time I go in there. Oh, by the way she told me I could go to autozone when I complained. Don't think she likes her job very much.

Had asked the clerk numerous times if the plugs that I were buying were the correct spark plugs for my car . He assured me that they were and they would not be any issues. I found that to be a lie . Thoroughly disappointed. The May store only has the incorrect parts and the 23rd Street store is very rude and unaccommodating when it comes to customer service O'Reilly's really needs to take a look at those two stores and figure it out

Awful service paint not matching and they refuse to do something about it never coming back to this store DO NOT BUY ANY PAINT FROM THIS STORE. Clarcks has better quality and price.

This is the worst automobile parts store in the city the employees are rude and egotistical will not help anyone with anything unless it has to do with them you would have a great staff if you get rid of all of them but the store was impeccable the staff should be replaced especially the manager I didn't get his name but it was a big guy with a beard very rude

Being a Mobile Auto Mech i am in and out of really every parts store in the surounding and greater OKC area.myfavorite ORiellys Default no matter where in the city ,there coverage has been high 80's% instore stocking.

Don't bother calling, unless it's to see if they're open.(We'll call him) Barrett: thanks for calling O'ReillyMe: hey, do you have any clear high temp spray paint in stock?Barrett: honestly..... ??? I couldn't tell ya. We have a w a whole aisle of paint....... We also have a paint dept but that guy's gone for the day.Me: ? Uhhh, do we need him?? It's just clear spray paint thoughBarrett: well, like I said, we have a whole isle of different paintI thought, well maybe they're short staffed and he's REAL busy, so I went to go see for myself. At least 3 dudes working there and I was the only person in the store. Happens every time I call no matter who I get ?? Anyways gave em 2 stars bc they actually had what I needed ??#imnotbitterjustdobetter
