One of the worst CS experiences I've ever had in an On Cue. Wow. Hey, store associates: if you don't want the job, or don't want to work there ... please do the customers a solid and find another job. Person behind the counter was literally the worst I've ever seen or had interaction with. Just ... be better, ok. Jeez.....

I watched an employee get harassed by a scary older gentleman and not one employee was trying to help her. I as a customer talked to him and apparently he came back the next day and did the exact same thing. Not one employee or the manager is doing anything about this and one of their employees is in serious danger. Someone needs to contact me immediately.

I stopped at this location last night to get gas. I noticed there were 8-10 staff in uniforms all around the pumps. I pulled up to a pump away from staff and started the process of getting gas. Within seconds, two of ‘said staff’ walked up to the same pump I was on but on the other side. They sprayed a cleaner all over the pump and, since it was very wind outside, the cleaner blew all over me! I asked them if they had just sprayed something and they said something profound like, “oh yeah, sorry.”. My concern isn’t that i was sprayed with this cleaner but that I WAS PUMPING GAS! What if that cleaner had been flammable! Just be aware of this practice if you get gas at this location. I’d hate for someone to get set on fire.

The store is always clean, the employees are always happy, I even made a comment to Jeff, the store manager this morning letting him know how nice it was to see everyone working as a team!Sadly, you don’t see that much today.
