This is my favorite Oncue and I am in between 2. I use the drive thru 3-4 times a week for melon or horchata fountain drinks. I always get top tier customer service from the employees. You generally attract the energy you give if you are complaining about rudeness. I haven’t experienced any in the 5 years I’ve been going to this location.

Whatever you do, do not stop here it's dangerous. I've almost been robbed twice by black males. Last time, i had to personally fight them off physically while the staff and everyone else watched. I'm not racist or homophobic or any of the sort, but black folk around here can't be trusted, and to be honest, I wouldn't trust anyone else either because obviously they don't care.

DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYEES! I'm so sick of people coming to work high on marijuana! "Certain individuals" are constantly so high, they can barely speak beyond a whisper, and don't have a sense of what they should be doing, as their job description entails. At the bare minimum when coming to work, at least, if not in their personal life, but minimum at work; don't be high on drugs, speak clearly, and pronounce your words so ALL races in out society can hear AND "understand" what you're saying. Simply articulate and stop being lazy.When buying some tobacco, I noticed a special and asked the girl behind the counter about it, she didn't respond clearly whatsoever, neither did she tell me I had to buy a certain number of these items in order to get the discount (as the fine print was too far away for me to read), again, as to why I asked her, yet without a discernible, understandable response. When I asked about the savings, she didn't say anything that I could make out. I've truly become so tired of these type of workers being on marijuana, even though it's "medical" in our state of Oklahoma; I have become so tired of it, that I don't continue to ask anymore questions, as I know it will ultimately result in getting upset because everyone comes to work high anymore, and nothing good would come of it even if I did. Sickening, the hiring standards for employees has dropped drastically even over the past few years.After checking me out I asked why it didn't discount, she couldn't think/speak clearly at all, whispering, as if her brain didn't function. She clearly had no cognitive ability to discern thinking "oh, maybe I better explain the sale price to him first". Nothing of the sort. (That's the effect of marijuana as clearly visible in her glassy, red eyes, and the smell of her breath). Rather, she just got mad at me for her exceptionally severe lack of communication, and me asking a question.This is exactly what our world has come to; ignorant children behind the counter of a multi million/billion dollar business, and as the face of that business, being high on drugs, argumentative and blatantly disregarding their position as the face of that company. Our world has completely gone down the drain.

My service was at the drive thru, on my receipt the cashier name says M, Chrisshawn. She was rude, maybe she didn't want to work the drive thru I do not know, it seemed as if I was annoying her. I called to speak with the manager and she was just as rude and unprofessional as the cashier. At which point I realized why the cashier was unprofessional, her Manager is! I'm explaining to her what happened, she got offended and said I was "coming at her"! This ghetto mentality in the workplace is distasteful! She belong in a zoo! OnCue need to be more selective in hiring especially for management! This manager hung up in my face several times. I guess she thought she was home or something! I will never go back there and the manager need to be fired! If you don't want to work in customer service, low grade customer service, go to college, get a degree and make something of yourself. PERIOD!

Welllllll, first, let me say that this location is my favorite of all. However, Demeshia obviously is having a very baaaaddddd day!!! It is one thing of an inconvenience of pumps being down. It is another when the employee is condescending and rude, to say the least. Instead of telling me that she was not going to sell gas to me (disrespectfully), she could have packaged her words in a respectful manner. "Ma'am, I apologize for the inconvenience. However, we were instructed that the pumps would be shut off. Therefore, we are unable to sell gas at this time." EASY, right? To add to this, I informed her that I was going to report her. Her response was with a sarcastic tone and the shrugging of her shoulders, 'ok'. I just asked a question because there were customers who were pumping gas and paying at the pump. I do not pay at the pump-EVER!!!! Please, offer customer service training!!!!

Worst place to stop for drinks stop to get 2 red diamond teas and both had ball of mold and were a month expired went to talk to them and they couldn't do so anything about it that it was there fault I will not be coming to this store again nor will my family.

Typical Oncue. Gave it 5 stars but it could use a little cleanup. They installed 3 self checkout machines but only a few people use them. Lines on each register were about 2-3 people. Not bad, just busy.

This place doesn't check its dates. Thank goodness my wife happened to notice their doughnuts were out of date before we fed them to jury toddlers, and we didn't have a receipt to exchange them cause whoever works the drive-through didn't ask us if we wanted to.

It's not the worst but it's definitely not the best. Everytime I go to the drive through it's a problem. The same girl is always busy on her phone while there's a line of cars during the day and the night workers close the drive through 20 to 30 mins early. The drive through isn't suppose to close until 11pm I pull up at 10:40 and they already have the cones out while the worker is standing in the window on his phone. (And this isn't the first time this has happened) Very unprofessional!

The older dark haired Indian lady that was working here was extremely rude! Very disrespectful all because I asked for a receipt!! Omg it made me so mad that she was rude to me in front of many customers!! Very disrespectful and this isn't the first time I've been treated like that in this store I don't know what her name is but she was working this Sunday evening
