Well, I would just like to say the evening time like right before close the drive-through there’s a couple people that are so nice and I just really love their attitude and are very respectful pretty much everybody I’ve seen in the drive-through honestly I’ve had issues in the past and where they weren’t so good I wish I knew all their names in the drive-through and I could list their names but one of the ladies is really pretty with long hair and glasses. She is a sweetheart and then the younger man who has been there for a while is awesome and very nice and respectful as well , so I have to say honestly I am happy with the service in the drive-through in the evening time late night shift people drive. I don’t know about the front because I don’t go into the front because I had back surgery but I just wanted to let you know. ?

They have flavors of slush drinks I have never seen before. These flavors were pineapple, strawberry, blue raspberry, cherry, sour patch watermelon, lemonade, coke, blue cotton candy, strawberry lemonade, root beer, mountain dew, and dr. pepper. I had a pineapple slush drink, it was great. This gas station has a lot of pumps so you rarely have to wait to get gas. Store is clean, well stocked and organized. The cashier was friendly and told me to have a great day. I highly commend this place.

The employees hear are rude. The lack true customer service. When you walk in they don't speak. And then look at you crazy as to say, "what are you doing here". And with the customer having to say themselves, have a good to the employee, they look away as though they heard someone speaking from the sky. One star is not worth 8th and Penns location because my experience is the same each time.

Went to this location to get some air for my tires on my ebike and come to find out that it was out of order which was a major inconvenience. I thought this was a convenience store? Hmm sounds like bad management to me

5 stars for a very kind and patient black-haired girl. My grandfather can’t hear well, can't see well and he doesn't speak English, and she was patient enough to show us the products so that he could differentiate and choose. Thank you!

Everytime I come to the drive through I'm stuck in line for 20 to 30 minutes. It's ridiculous. I highly don't recommend using the drive through

Usually I have good things to say about this OnQue, but after my experience today, I do not think I will be back. It is crazy how one employee can really ruin the reputation of a store.
There is a new girl working at the register. She is very short, with red hair, and she wears glasses. I know she is new because I visit this location often. I checked out with one beverage. She was so rude because I asked her to repeat what she said. I simply just didn't hear her. I was not rude. She had a very harsh tone in her voice.
I would just recommend hiring better people for the job. If someone is not good at interacting with customers, then do not hire them to be a cashier. They will kill your business.
I would rather go somewhere else for gas or snacks. I wish this store all the best, but I have no desire to shop here again.

Jihad the supposed “ manager” was rude first of all as I was trying to pay for gas he was preoccupied with whatever he was doing seemed like he had a major case of adhd I told him the pump I was on and which was 17 and bc he was off in La la land he thought I said 7 when I had to walk back in the store to see why my pump wasn’t on this guy said I told him 17 I had corrected him said no I said 7 and flicked his hand that told me to get and get out he was so disrespectful and doesn’t need to to be working with or around the public. I am hoping that the owners and general manager whoever hired this inappropriate immature poor excuse for a manager reconsiders and fire this man/boy

I love my OnCue. We get fountain drinks often and also gas. The employees are always nice and helpful.

My husband and I went in on 03/24 and I went to get a fountain drink and it was straight carbonation. There was no sign saying that the fountain machine wasn't working properly. I have felt sick to my stomach since I tried the sprite and it was straight carbonation. If I go to the hospital your company will be paying the medical bill.
