  Yes, the man working the evening shift tonight around 10:20 PM. I think maybe he was having a bad night and was ready to get off work, but he just had a a bad attitude. He was huffing and puffing, and like I was putting him out of his way to get my things that I needed Drive-through for a reason because I had back surgery that’s what the whole drive-through service is right isn’t that why y’all have it? I mean hello I’ve seen him before. He’s never been rude like this, but still don’t hand me my stuff all crappy and I say thank you he don’t say nothing back. I say hi he don’t say nothing to me and then when he does it not , how may help you it’s just what can I get you? Another guy that works drive-through he got mad at me also because of something petty and rolling his eyes and everything I know all about being shorthanded and everything I do, but if I work could work at a nursing home in the 90s wife and someone’s butt and making nothing but six dollars an hour and have a smile on my face and have to deal with family members and all that then there’s no reason for these kids not to be respectful Because there’s people out there who don’t see it all the time attitude they do because somebody’s going to check them one day and it won’t be nice. OK so please I’m not saying to get in trouble or fired or nothing. I’m talking about they all need to be meeting the whole crew that works there every shift and you need to tell him hey the attitudes need to stop Straight up if you’re manager, that’s exactly what you need to tell them or find someone else to work there. There’s plenty of people waiting to get a job. Thank you.

  the cashier that checked me out was very nice, went back to check the deal that was on four lokos. she reassured me they were $3.99 each, but the deal right above it says “$3.99 for two”. this is very misleading. please fix and don’t do this again, as it is very annoying to think i am getting a great deal when i’m not.

  I’ve been coming to Onque here on i240 & May Ave for 8 years now when I bought my house Right behind it every morning just Too get Coffee cause they have the best coffee ever their supplies are never limited like 7/11 n I’ve met some of the best people that work here over the years & most still here, always greeted with a smile and Good attitude.. Keep doing Great & I’ll keep coming back

  Absolutely disgusted with this establishment.I went in with my children to use their bathrooms and they were out of paper towels .I walked over to the men’s bathroom to get a few and three lady’s working there started arguing and yelling at me ,my partner and our children .Saying we weren’t allowed in the men’s bathroom because we are girls.EXCUSE ME if these ladies would do their job instead of yelling at customers that would be amazing (we wouldn’t have to step in the men’s restroom if there were towels in the women’s!!Will NEVER be back at this location and I will be calling corporate !!Date of incident 7/13/24 happened around 11:35.There is absolutely zero need to harass your customers .I have been in men’s bathrooms plenty of times before in my life (I have a young son) and have NEVER EVER had this happen :(After leaving the lady there apparently had to get her last word out and stepped out of the store and yelled something then went back inside.Thank you oncue for traumatizing my kids!!!!

  The girl working the drive thru today was extremely rude to us!
  Me and my kids went to get a drink, like always. I’m a frequent customer. I’ve never seen this girl before so she must be new.
  I asked for coke, and they were out so she rudely said “NO COKE” and pointed at the sign on the window. My car is small and low so I couldn’t see. Literally had to stick my neck out the window and look up to see it. Uncalled for.
  She then started talking smack to me and cussing at me because she claimed I snatched the straws from her hand. I didn’t.
  I got an attitude and started cussing back after she treated me the way she did. I told her to go get the manager multiple times before it escalated the way it did. She refused, threw my money back to me, and told me I could come inside if I wanted my drinks. So I did.
  The girl was now at the front trying to get to the manager before I did. She then put her hand up in my face and said she was going to the back and I replied with “as you should”. Don’t even know why she was up there in the first place.
  She started cussing at me again loudly in the front lobby, in front of other customers.
  Highly unprofessional.
  I respect the manager that was there today dealing with it because she treated me with respect and understanding.
  The other employee on the other hand, ghetto, shouldnt be working near the public with her bad attitude and lack of self control.

  For two years my family has been going to this store. I'm fairly new but they pretty much see me a lot. My siblings have told me about the workers, they tell me who is cool and who will be rude. We've had problems with the older black ladies but I don't go there in the day so I am not sure if they still even work there.
  My little siblings have told me about the brunette woman who stares them down and watches them the whole time. I get it's your job BUT to make little kids feel so uncomfortable and not do it to the white kids is so weird to me, it just doesn't sit right with us.
  There were several times when that woman made it seem like we were just thieves in there to take everything, she even had security follow my ELEVEN YEAR OLD sister to the ice cream and watch her. There was a time when I just got tired and told my sisters to put everything down and we'd go to 7/11 instead because they don't even treat us like thieves but we come to Oncue because it's closer and we don't have to fight traffic.
  I've been telling my parents each time the woman makes us uncomfortable and I have to tell my mom to not go over there but last night was the last straw. The woman (which they told us was the manager) continued smirking at us and staring my brothers and I down, which she does all the time we go in there. I'm very irritated and as we are walking out, I hear her make gun noises and I look back to see her staring directly at us and making that same disgusting smirk and almost giving us a look as in "what are you going to do about it?"...
  My mom ended up going over there which I told her not to, she's also being a mom. I only went off because for them to bicker and talk trash AFTER the fact my mom walks out WHILE we are still in there is just asking for a argument. They'll end up messing with the wrong people and find out. I am not the type to be quiet and let people be disgusting towards me OR my family.
  I do not care if I am banned, I am glad we were able to tell her of her wrong doings and for the security to just sit there and argue IN HIS WORKPLACE is disgusting. It was worth it because I do NOT play about my family. Don't make gun noises and smirk at us, that's VERY threatening.
  Just warning my fellow POC, be careful when you go in here and don't give that woman any of that type of attention because she just wants a reaction. They all do.

  It is very convienent and there is so much stuff u can ask for and they are always so nice and thus just made a new check out that is faster and they are making something else I cant wait for what other plans they have

  OnCue is great. Staff is courteous. ATM is free of surcharges. Bathrooms are always clean. Has a drive thru. Never have to wait on change. Superior to 7-Eleven! Update 2/8/24 half the pump's don't work and it's been this way for a while now! Removing a star.

  This was the best store until they hired this one taller black lady.. pretty sure she's a racist based on my mamy experiences with her.. it's made going there very uncomfortable for somebody who swings on racists.. Can't stand them..

  I got in the drive thru line, it was moving slow. It took about 15 minutes to get to the window. The woman seemed really tired and frustrated (which is fine) but would rather her just say I not getting that you have tocome inside. We waited over five minutes - she never came back. A car pulled up behind us and sat for a few minutes, finally we just drove off.
